Vibrant Credit Union 3rd St, Milan

Took upwards of an hour to simply get a new card printed. Unacceptable wait times, poor customer service.

Vibrant has always been my go to place for financing. Great people, easy process, loans guaranteed with good credit and the ability to pay back what you are asking for.

I don't even feel that you guys deserve one star. The lack of service there's hardly no privacy when you go up to the counter between the other people's business and yours it is aired out it echoes in there so everything is known to the people that are standing in line because it is so loud in there rotten service can't wait to get to my new bank

this is the worst credit union ive ever had just an example of their shady banking practices i had 2 cks made out to city of rock island one dated nov 27th 2017 an one dated nov 30th 2017 an they put the 30th ck thru 1st which was the bigger amt an we had plenty in cking to cover the nov 27th amt smaller one but by processing the 30th larger amt they took two overdraft fees which should never have happened at all our paycks both show up thursday morning which was more then enough to cover the nov 30th ck shady bank!!! we arent rich an $58 fees is alot to us im pulling out of this bank many already have. How dare you process so you can collect fees sick of them over an over stealing fees with shady postings DATES AN DEPOSITS FIRST pathedic beyond belief.

This has been my main bank for many years. They are always policy and helpful. Would not think of banking anywhere else.

Horrible customer service. They should have a number to speak with someone who is actually there at vibrant. I wouldn't recommend this bank to my worst enemies. Too bad I can't pick 0 stars they don't even deserve 1

I run multiple businesses so I use different banks but vibrant is excellent ,outstanding for Fannie Mae loans and car loans .I’m a little old-school I still liked it when I was call DHCU . The loan officers are in one building now so you go to her room and her computer there and you basically have an interview on the computer face to face with the loan officer at a different branch it’s a little weird for older Consumers but for the XY generation it’s probably just the cats meow. I did use it twice and it is actually a very smooth operation. I’ve been doing business with them for 20 years

Always polite and quick service by the employees at the Milan branch. Often when I go there is a line, but the wait never seems to be very long. And if there are a lot of people in line I've noticed they will add a teller.

Loved this place when it was dhcu.ever sense they changed to vibrant they have gone down hill really fast.going to ria credit union
