I went in and dealt with Amy she was great to work with and answered all the questions I needed! She was very friendly and helpful from the minute I walked in!

Jon was very helpful with my firearm loan, he let me know I could get more then I asking for. Usually I feel like most places shoot low on loans but 11th st Rock Island will be my go to

I have been to the Store 5 Times Now; have had a Pleasant Experience Every Single Time, if Angie, or Anyone Else is Rude to you it has to be your Fault... I have been Treated with the Utmost Respect Every Visit; which is Very Refreshing, cause Usually Most of them Judge me Based on my Appearance because I am a Pirate... Never have they Treated me like I wasn't Important; I have Always felt Welcome, this is a Very Professional, and Down to Earth Atmosphere... Will Definitely be coming Back; have Only been Able to Pawn it get Stuff Back So Far, but I Plan on Jumping on some of the Great Deals I've seen in there too... So if you want a Place to go that will Treat you with Respect; Give you a Fair Price for your Items, go Visit the Pawn King in Rock Island!$! Ever Since Angie Left; the Pawn King has Went Downhill Fast, and Today I was Treated like I have been at Every Pawn Shop I've Ever been to!$! I was Disrespected; so I made a Comment to my Friend that was with me about how Bad it Sucks that I am going to be Struggling this Month, and I Mentioned the Place wasn't the Same without Angie there!$! I was then Refused Service for Defending the Honour of the Best Pawn Broker/Manager They Ever had; if They can't Handle the Truth, Maybe They Should Try to be More like Angie!$! I'm Only giving Them 2 Stars because of the Interaction I had with Jon!$! If He's there; You can Expect a Good Experience, he's Trying to Continue the Great Legacy of Angie!$! Of Anyone Else is there; it may be a Good Idea to come back at a Later Date if Possible, They're Lucky to Even get 2 Stars Out of Me After that Disrespect Towards Me, and Angie!$! If They Lose Something of Yours; Expect to get Store Credit Only, They don't Care about Your Items!$!

I've always been very happy both buying and when I need money before my retirement check or my ssi comes they always give me what I need. I've bought 2 awsome guitars there.

First impression of the manager was that she is a bit rough around the edges then I spent a little time browsing and realized she is blatantly mean! Not just to me was she mean but she wasn't nice to any of the customer's she "helped" and it was no wonder why employees were reluctant to say much, clearly they were inferior to her and she has made it known at one point or another. I will return to this location next time I was to conduct business in fear. #PawnNatzi

I always get great kindness and respect when I go there. Unfortunately I dont know how to compare it to other locations. Or other pawn shops due to the fact that is the only one I due buisness with . I refuse to go anywhere else because I enjoy curtious and kind people.

Best pawn shop around with the whole 6 month protection plan for only 10% of the item. Layaway is nice too. Staff is always friendly. Great pawn shop all around

Dakota went above and beyond to reconfigure a computer that has been set out but was not ready. He took time to unlock it, update the operating system, and make sure it was ready to go and then called me when he was finished. Top rate service!
