Pawn King West, Davenport

Went with a friend because she is in the process of getting a new ID, it was no problem. I feel they gave her a good amount of money for the pawn. The nice clerk even took the time to make her an appointment on line to get her new ID. She went way and beyond her normal required duties. You do not see that very often !!

Michelle always treats everyone with respect and knows her stuff!! She very friendly unless a customer becomes unfriendly then she can be stern! The other gals in the off ice we’re trying they’re very best as well!!

I'm very impressed with how the employees give you a loan at top dollar for the item or items your using for a loan to receive cash back. Also the store is very organized and has a clean appearance when you walk inside. Really fair pricing on all the merchandise that's for sale. Thanks, Pawn King employees! Kipp

Hardly ever take any items and what they do take they will offer you insulting prices such as 5 to 10 dollars for 50 60 dollar items. Always walking on egg shells in this place.

Everyone gets in trouble sometimes and needs a little help and I just thought that Jen went above and beyond, true caring and kind. The best!!! just next level. I highly suggest going here!!

They broke my tv then took 5 days to replaced it with a tv with broken legs and won't connect to the internet.I called to tell them she acted like I was lying.I picked the Tv up to take it back the legs kept falling off so I put it in the garbage.I was treated as if I was begging for something that don't belong to me.They took my Toshiba 55 inch and replaced it with old junk.I would have to pay court fees to take them to small claim court to get my same tv back.If they break your item in they care you would have to take them to court to get your item back.
