I was racially profiled at check n go store #807 in Moline IL by Ellen. I an african-american male I attempted to go into your store to apply for along with all of my correct documentation. The store clerk talk to me as if I was a criminal the whole time and made me go through extra steps to confirm my identity and account. The only reason I believe this is because of my race because I talk to her on the phone and she stated what documents to bring I brung everything she stated and she still denied me to apply

Check n go was fast and friendly. Ellen was so helpful and patient with helping me with my loan even tho she had customers in and out she made sure she attended to my needs. Will refer this location to friends and family.

I paid off my loan and they continually withdraw from my bank account I will never go to this place again I was worse off after I borrowed the money than I ever was in my whole life go to sunloan way better I need my money today I go to put gas in my car no money because you guys are crooks now I can't get to my dentist to get my tooth put tonight or pay any of my other bill because you overdrafted my bank account when I don't owe you!

The ladies are always super helpful and always going above and beyond to help me with this process. Sometimes I am missing some pieces and the ladies always have a perfect solution. My daughter had a bad injury and this money is perfect and going to help us out in a pinch.
