Hi this review is for the young lady named jasmine.. I brought my grandmother up there because she's been struggling with her online banking and jasmine was so warm and nice to her.. she listened and was so sweet even though my grandmother asked her the same questions multiple times. I did ask for her business card because I plan on in the next two weeks opening my account with you guys based on the service and how she treated my family like it was her own! Every time I go there I’m impressed by their upbeat and professional customer service. They care about their customers offering some of the best covid protocols to keep the staff and us customers safe. They are always willing to help/answer any questions I have about my account.
