Chris and his team did an excellent job helping me secure a mortgage for my first home recently. There were a few obstacles that came up in regards to the home I was purchasing, but he ensured that solutions were implemented in a timely manner and I was actually able to close early. He was very transparent with me throughout the entire process and answered every question I had promptly (often within an hour through email). My younger brother referred me to Chris and the moment I talked with him I knew he was the guy. I tried to work with another mortgage company before him and it was like pulling teeth trying to communicate and understand the credentials I needed. Buying my first house i had no clue what I was doing or what I needed.. Chris always picked up the phone even with all the questions I had, never once did I feel as though he treated me like I was beneath him; he isna really down to earth cool dude. He always reassured no matter how simple the question is or how confused you are you call me. If he didn't pick up right away I knew I'd get a message from him saying he'd call me back immediately. As first time buyers we were nervous about the entire process but it went more smoothly than I would have ever imagined.
