My wife and I recently purchased our first home. After starting the process with our bank, we then decided to work with Amanda and her team at Silverline instead, and we’re really glad we did. We received much more attention and constant help as this was all new to us. They guided us along the way and were really patient with any and all questions we had. I was told by a cousin who use to be in mortgages who said “don’t just go with a cheap low rate Mortage lender or broker, your house is the biggest thing you’ll buy. Go with experience and expertise, so you’ll be properly helped and they’ll have your back” The expertise and experience is what we got by working with Amanda and the Silverline team and I’ve already told a couple friends to go through them when they buy houses.

My home buying process took a couple of years to get right. I finally landed at Silverline Lending and worked with Nick Thomas. Nick treated me like a person and not a credit score through the whole process. Nick is very very good communicating with all parties. I would highly recommend Silverline and especially Nick Thomas!
