When looking for a Re-Fi on a condo in VT, I came across Joe when cold-calling a couple of agencies. The others talked to me using some buzz phrases and sales pitches of how quick and easy they can make it. Joe on the other hand paused, and said, "wait a minute, let me do a little digging on this one and get back to you". I knew right away he was going to be the guy. From the onset, Joe was real, personable, curious, and knowledgeable. My particular deal was complicated, and certainly wasn't a mega sized deal, but Joe treated it as if this was the biggest Re-Fi of the year, giving it the same attention and work ethic as someone would for a more lucrative project. I'd also see emails from him the next am that he sent around 9pm - he works harder than he needs to, but the all day effort is much appreciated! When speaking on the phone, it's quick and efficient, and he doesn't waste anyone's time. The document upload and paperwork process was also a breeze. His agency also had the better rates on top of all of the great service they provide. I whole-heartedly recommend Joe Doud to anyone looking for any type of financing services, and will certainly use him again should I do business in VT.
