Ventana by Meritage Homes High Bank Rd, Fort Worth

This was a first time home buying experience for me and my wife. All along the way our builder Dustin at Meritage homes, was with us the whole way and has been after closing. He made sure we loved what we got. Very friendly and professional from the beginning. Harlan at the sales office was really great too. He called me with updates often, seemingly every week. Which made the stressful Mortgage process feel worth it. Thank you to everyone at Meritage Ventana for making our Texas dream home come true.

As a first time homebuyer I did not know what to expect when building my first home. All my life I have heard all the horror stories of building or buying a home. With Meritage Homes I did not experience any of those horror stories. From start to finish they have provided nothing but excellence. From the start of the sale with ( Brian Farmer), to the end with ( Brian Peacock) I have been provided the best buying experience ever. When it comes to making the biggest purchases of most people lives it’s hard to find trust with anyone. But with these two guys they will make it happen. Great builder! Beautiful community! I have really enjoyed working with Harlan Ricks, one of the sales agents. He is a top notch sales agent, great communication, is professional & takes great care of my clients that have purchased out here. As a realtor, I am completely satisfied with this builder and all of the Meritage team members I have had the privilege to work with.

Home seems to be quality, my clients bought a completed inventory home. My only complaint is that there has been no communication with the realtor once the contract was signed. Meritage did not inform me when the blue tape walkthrough was going to be. I attend these on new construction homes so it was sad that I wasn’t allowed the opportunity to be there for my clients. Edited to add: Once this review was posted, Bryan immediately reached out to the builder to ask when the final walkthrough is. I will be attending that.

As an agent, having a great sales rep for a new build is HUGE, and Harlan at Meritage Homes Ventana did an amazing job. The best part of the Meritage experience has been our builder, Albert Alvarado! Hands down the best! He has been responsive and updated us efficiently during the whole process while our home was being built. He was incredibly detail oriented during our walk though, and has been incredibly helpful throughout our move in process and the time that has followed providing quick resolutions to anything that needed to be addressed! We cannot thank Albert enough for being a rockstar!!

As a first time homebuyer, I had a lot of questions. The walkthrough inspection with Dustin was absolutely great, he is the best! He provided detail information, he took the time to answered all my questions and addressed all my concerns. Very appreciated. I highly recommend Merrittage!!

Within 2 months on my move in, there is a huge leakage in my HVAC… it has been more than 2 days now since I raised the issue. Tx Ace has been sending out their technicians but they keep on doing one or the other thing, cutting walls and all, but still they have not been able to detect the exact leakage point. It sucks after paying so much money, these builders do nothing. worst quality I have ever seen in my life. Wouldn’t recommend Meritage at any cost, not even for free.
