This review comes four months after Tenet Financial Group completed the initial and largest body of work for my company. The working relationship is ongoing due to the nature of the professional services being provided. I hope this review serves as an endorsement that you are in the right hands when you hire Tenet Financial Group. Professional services vendors can be a little tricky to assess, especially when one is hiring a firm to manage a process that is unfamiliar to you. There are certain moral attributes of a firm that just doesn’t have time to show themselves prior to signing the contract. I am pleased to say that Tenet Financial Group’s Integrity, Honesty, Reliability, Responsiveness, and Competence have shown their true colors over the past four months and are all at the highest level. As a business owner, I rely on many professional services firms to keep my company operating efficiently. Tenet keeps everything in order for me, such as IRS compliance, so that I can focus on implementing strategy. It is a pleasure to work with everyone at Tenet. Even the CEO is more than willing to engage with clients directly and sincerely makes ethics and “doing the right thing” the number one priority.

Working with Tenet Financial Group for the past 12 years has been an incredible experience. They helped me start my company using my 401k funds, and administered the program. Using my 401k funds meant that I had to setup my company as a C-Corp. Two people truly stand out for me. Erin Kimble was my day to day advisor as I navigated through the use of my funds and setting up 401k plans for my staff. Erin was consistent and accurate, ensuring that I did the proper valuations and that reporting was done in a timely basis. Recently, my company had obtained enough funds that I was able to buy back my shares and close out the 401k. Enter Sarah Sawatzky. The temperment of an angel. Unwinding the company from the 401k plan, I thought, would be easy peasy. Well, it wasn't. And sometimes I think my frustrations showed. Yet Sarah stayed cool, calm and collected. She never wavered on what I needed to do, would patiently explain it all to me, and no matter how irritated I became with the process, she kept me focused and on track. Today, we closed out the 401k officially. Had it not been for Erin and Sarah, and their desire to provide incredible service, this would never have happened. I worked with Tenet on starting my own company and rolling over my 401k to start the funding. They were extremely knowledgeable om the process needed to stay in compliance with the laws around ROBS and startups. Tenet walked me through every step to ensure I knew exactly what to do.
