I went to get a fishing Rod. Got a great deal with the most satisfactory customer service from Emily Espinoza. She has been an amazing help. I have caught plenty of fish with the tournament edition Garcia Rod. Will be shopping there again soon. 💯

Most rudest and dishonest sellers Ive met. I had bought a speaker for 70 dollars which is worth less, i found out there was a big crack under the price tag which means they were trying to cover it up. Please be careful when buying there. Also i have proof of when i bought it 😆😉

Wow. I just got lied to TWICE to my face... after being lowballed. DO NOT GO HERE! If they sense desperation, plan on getting lowballed for sure. Not only did they NOT give me what they told me they would (there, in person, just took a dollar off)... but then they refused to give me a ticket and instead just "informed" me that I had just sold my tools and I could "come back and buy them back in 21 days." Sally, the manager has very poor "people skills" (to put it nicely.) I could honestly call the cops, it was that shady. Do not expect fair business.

I have been here four times trying g to purchase something that they DO have in the store. The first three times I was ignored by the staff, this time they wouldn't show it to me. Todays excuse was that they couldn't because of being short staffed....2 employes and 1 customer?!?!? Go somewhere else!

I've been using this shop for many years, love everyone that works here. They always greet you when you come into the shop. They will give you the best amount they can on your item your selling or needing a loan on. If you're buying something they will give you a great price. Thank you everyone at Doc Holiday!

After going to multiple shops to find a good deal on guns we finally found the make I was looking for. Tried buying 4 guns, manager refused sale because she “suspected it to be a straw-purchase”. We literally walked into the store, saw good deals, asked to buy. No reason to suspect something that was never going on in the first place. Considering the times that we are in, you would think they would understand if someone wants to buy multiple guns.

I was not treated like a customer at all. The manager acted like some kind of "Playa" and treated me like I was his "Mark". He really must have thought I was stupid as he gave me lame excuses why my valuables were not valuable at all. I knew what he was doing but, sadly, my vehicle was running on fumes and I really didn't want to risk running out of gas. I was forced to accept his terrible offer and felt truly offended at being treated like that. I'm sure he felt real uppity about himself and his new conquest but what he doesn't realize is that he just lost a customer for life. I will never set foot in that place again. Not to buy and not to sell or get a loan. I highly recommend anyone looking for the services offered by a Pawn Shop to go elswhere.

I have done business with this establishment over 20 years. I was in good standing and had a great rapport with everyone. We spend thousands of dollars and of course they were very please when we returned to do more business. Last year, I had fallen on hard times when my father past away. I became depressed and very suicidal and lost my way and in the process my job, my car and basically everything. I talked to Ken, the Manager, and explained to him my circumstances for not being able to get the majority of my belongings out of "HOCK". He said he completely understood and thanked me for letting him know. I was heart broken about losing my wedding ring and musical instruments. It is the norm for this type of business to have their customers not come get their stuff. That is always a possibility for every transaction at a "Pawn Shop". With that said, since all that has transpired, "Ruthie", the older hispanic woman, has been crass, rude, welcomed me to Doc Holiday's while looking down, looked up, realised it was me and completely changed her demeanor. Then offered me lower to nothing for my merchandise. She treated me like I did all this to her personally. When Ken got wind of my situation, he should have noted my account or spoken with the other members of management, to let them know as well. Regardless, I should not be treated like a second class citizen due to my financial and personal problems. I did not lose my things to hurt them. I did not lose my things to hurt myself. I had a death in the family and lost myself and I should not be treated badly because my things were not picked up. It was a miserable experience to have these people, to whom I become very fond of, turn on me, because, I believe, I did not get my stuff out. ITS THE NAME OF THE GAME IN THEIR INDUSTRY! DO THEY TREAT EVERYONE LIKE THAT, IF THEY'RE UNABLE TO GET THEIR STUFF? iF SO THEN THEY'RE IN THE WRONG BUSINESS. I am ashamed of Ruthie's behavior and on occasion for Ken's as well. These individuals are in the wrong line of work. The only reason I will ever grace their door step again will be to get my Viola back that I've had for 35 years and lost. They know my history, why wouldn't they have concern rather than discord? They need to be retrained and told how hurtful their behavior has affected someone who spent A LOT of money there. Now, back on my feet and going else where. YOU SUCK RUTHIE!!!
