The customer service is by far one of the best our company has ever used! Quick response and they address outstanding issues quickly. The Apex Capital Portal is user friendly, easy to understand and is very easy to maneuver. Brenden, the Account executive is very easy to reach and is always available to resolve issues. Theirs system also integrates with other systems we use on a daily basis which is also another positive factor! Thank you for making our day to day duties run smoothly as they do now.

Angie has always been extremely helpful and great to my business. They’ve worked with me on fuel bills, waived fees, made a very seamless service with an easy to use app. They have approved me multiple times for loans to help me in different situations and they even send gifts around the holidays. I’m extremely thankful and I recommend Apex to all new and existing owner operators. They will keep you protected from bad brokers.

I would give them more stars if I could. I started with 1 truck. They helped my from scratch. Helped my get my Authority and everything. Even though I'm just a small business they've treated me like the most important person there. They stay on top of everything. And they always call back asap if I don't get them on first try. I have had no problems. The service has been great and I'm always quickly paid. If there are any requirements for additional documentation, my account executive and the team at Apex are quick to notify me and process the new documents. My favorite feature about Apex is their mobile app and how easy it is to scan documents and create and submit invoices!

Simply the best. My account executive actually cares about my business, even though we are as small as it gets and I’m sure stressing her out with our small time antics. They treat us with respect and handle your money quickly and for a decent percentage. I feel blessed that my small young company found them right away, definitely recommend.

Customer service is not actually Cust service here. It seems like they don’t care if they loose big or small customers. So they are one company but have different teams. But seems like it’s all separate companies because 1 team can’t communicate with another team leagally. That’s what was told to my operation person. So I guess being with this company you have to get lucky and get on the right team, if not you will a experience that is inconsistent service. Which wasn’t explained. We have 2 companies that work side by side that’s on different teams but basically operate as one. We got a great deal from Otr capital based on revenue on the 2 companies gross. Which by the way they are a top 5 freight factoring company. Between both companies we do 200k to 250k a month. They don’t fight for there customers like you think they would. Sam and Daniel have been Nonchalant about the whole thing and not caring. Because they like to play this team thing , so they can act like they can’t do anything. Which I told them both companies are basically owned by the same people. But they are so stuck in there own ways they want sit down and make things right. So they would rather let 2 companies leave. Plus another 4 companies after we go with otr. So this a real review and not me just making up fabrication. Our other company will be leaving a review as well

Apex has quick response to customer support incoming calls. I never wait more than 5 minutes to speak to someone. The representatives are knowledgeable and are always able to answer all of our questions. They are timely and get things done to help your business keep going. The customer portal is easy to use and has a neat layout. Very happy over all with the products they offer as well as their partnered fuel card TCS.

This is the last place to choose for factoring. I requested to speak with a supervisor yesterday and still no response. There are better companies with better rates that care about their customer. In response to the owner - The manager reached out to me after the review was posted.

I am new to trucking apps and Factoring companies myself, but I appreciate Apex. I have looked around and Apex does follow through, they just don't make any specifics of the use of the 'tcs' card. I don't know how to use it correctly, step by step, and the direction is vague on how to recieve cash for my balance on site. I call TCS, and representative talked at me as I were a fool to ask about the cards operation details...the women working at the nearest TA said she can't talk about tcs cards over the phone?! So it's very confusing. Im just trying to format a proper way of usage for my new Driver's. I think TCS and Apex connection seems to be great but I just can't find the simple information I seek between the companies policies. My drivers need advances I provide and I can't be sure on what exactly to say to them so I'm having to western union at a great cost and inconvenience. Please help. Thank you. -Apex client

Apex is very easy to work with. All the reps are very helpful and knowledgeable. The ease of invoicing and getting paid quicker is what makes the service 5 stars. TCS Fuel discounts are a huge plus as well.

Danielle is my account manager and she's been nothing short of amazing. Always on the ball, she's prompt, not to mention patient, when it comes to questions and queries, and makes problem solving seem easy. Apex is always on time with payments, absolutely no delays unless there are details that require further clarification, and even then, once they have what they need payments are dispensed quickly. All in all, great experience so far with no complaints.

I try to sign up They told I have to do 15000 to 20000 a month Other wise they can't use me They don't understand every dollar add up It doesn't matter how much I'm factoring a month I don't want to factor all my invoices They don't like that Every dollar count

Best factoring company out there! Same day payments within minutes, easy to run credit checks, their app is super easy to use, great people, they also offer the best fuel card with an average of .40 - .60 a gallon in savings. Wouldn’t factor with anyone else!

I have been working with Apex since I opened the company in 2016. Megan black is awesome. I feel like Apex really cares about your company. Any worker that I have come into contact with there has always been so attentive, nice and knowledgeable! Absolutely no complaints at all. I’ve had other factoring companies approach me but I don’t even think twice about leaving Apex. I’ve worked with other factoring companies at previous companies I’ve worked for and I can assure you that no one compares to apex!
