I do not reccommend this place because the customer service will tell you a price and when you get to the office there is another price and they have done this several times when I added or taken off a car. I don't blame customer service but the office employees for pocketing money

I called today on 3 way with my to get a quote on how much it will be to add a car to my mom insurance policy. The woman that answers was very rude on the phone when we asked her what was the reason it was so much more. She said she didn’t know so we asked her how many months will the coverage last and she responded do you want the coverage or not so I told her no specifically with the way she is talking and she didn’t seem to care she hang up on us.

After shopping around chose the company that had a location close to my home, and so glad I did. The policy I purchased was $30 more than a competitor's. Since moving back to my home home, I wanted to have a bit more a "relationship" with a business ( the home home thing. So glad I chose to pay more for service, knowledge, and insight. Luis provided the it all. Really appreciate you man!

Great service, if you come by ask for Luis. He was very helpful and kind. After he finished setting up my new policy walked out of the door to look up at the sign. He asked me why I did that. Told him, I wanted to make sure I was at Velox and not Chick-fil-A because the service was outstanding. Would recommend this company to a friend.

Great customer service! I have been a customer for over a year now and Marco was able to get me all the coverages I wanted for only $92 a month! That’s right. Full coverage, a rental and roadside for less than $100. Save your time and money! Just come here. I’m disabled and on a budget so these things are very important to me.
