I have to say these guys are the best.seriously. They stayed late just to make sure I had the right car. The lady was super Laid back and chill. Gonzo got me in my ride. One that made since for my lifestyle. And the other guy was hilarious and amazing. He cheered me up when I thought insurance was going tk mess the process up. He said he would stay and wait for the fax even after closing. Plus hes a great photographer. 😂. Seriously. Go get you a car from this place. They don’t lie to you about stuff like other salesman do. They are very straight forward. If you get to know them, they will straight up tell you if you’re picking a car that won’t fit your lifestyle or may cause you issues money wise. I was going for a totally different car. One that would have made THEM more money. But they didn’t hesitate to warn me about how high the insurance and maintenance would be. They are honest people. I can tell it’s more than just selling cars to them. They don’t judge and work with you on down payments. This is the best group of people I’ve ever bought anything from. And I’m a businesswoman myself. So if I’m bragging on someone else’s skills. They’ve got them! Plus they are Very sweet and honestly fun to be around the office with while you’re waiting. Come here. UPDATE: I had my car 3 days and the break fluid hose had a hole in after Pep Boys had 3 days that finally gets fixed, and then I received a call about a transmission, so I’m currently still without a car. The rental was only covered for 1 day and I still had to come out of pocket for that.

My husband and I purchased a car from us auto five years ago. When we purchased from athens Ga they kept a key and fob and was told when loan was paid off it would be returned. When the car was paid off no one knew where the key and fob was. Pow ( manager) from Athens Ga came through for us he had a new key and fob made and brought to our home. Us Auto and Pow made sure we were taken care of.

Ok, but when chatting online the person kept asking for my email address, phone number, etc. when I only had a question about rather they reported to all three credit bureaus. This is something he should have been able to answer while I was talking to him without having to call or email me back with an answer. Truthfully I get enough junk email, phone calls, and spam already and felt like his request would only be an invite for more.

All I can say is if someone tells you not to do business here then you better listen like we should have. We got a vehicle from here not even 2 weeks ago and the alternator and wheel bearing went out on it 11 days later. Then I have to find my own auto shop to have it taken to which by the way the owner called me and said I'm sorry I don't work on their vehicles because I have had 2 people in the past bring them here and he was never paid through warranty so the customer had to pay for it. I will never do business here again and let's just say I learned the hard way. The manage also wanted to let me know if it wasn't covered under warranty I would have to pay to have it fixed.

Filled up my tank so the way since I had to come back after I got the car and when I had to return to fill out more paperwork they filled the tank again!
