Esmeralda was 10/10! I’ve been a Velox customer for years and like many, I loath the thought of having to call the Velox staff due to their unprofessionalism or lack of customer service fundamentals. Today, Esmeralda changed everything! Her prompt and professional etiquette combined with her natural emotional intelligence have completely shifted my perception of the Velox Customer Service experience. They were very kind, courteous and understanding of my current situation in regards to the previous insurance policy I had and the company that I was insured under. Again they are super friendly folks and were able to get me a very reasonable quote in just minutes. I recommend that if you are not already insured with this company that you at least give them call for a quick free quote. They were able to save me some money on my car insurance and I’m sure that they could do the same for you as well.

The representative who attended me at this Doraville location was Annabri. She was very nice, helpful, efficient and answered all of questions and concerns. She helped me find really good and affordable insurance for less than $100. She was very professional and the place is very welcoming. I would recommend them.
