This is for the service shop only. I had an appointment for my Fiat, canceled it because the service light went off after my oil change. Approximately 2 weeks after canceling the light came back on but wouldn't stay on. I called on a Monday to schedule to bring it in and was told that I would have it back by the end of the week. I had it towed there and when I was contacted by Wydell I was told that there was no projected date of when they would get to my car because they were backed up. This didn't match what I was told Monday of that week by another Service Rep. I would have never had my car towed there if I had no idea when I would get it back. I finally went there in person the following week, after renting a car, only to be told nothing was wrong with it and when they test drove it it ran fine. I didn't even make it home in the car before it shut off on me in the middle of traffic. Thankfully I was in a turning lane and was able to signal traffic to go around me as the car was completely dead and did not allow me to turn on the hazards. I took it to another shop who immediately identified the problem and returned it to me within 24 hours. I have not had any problems since. Save your time and money and find a highly rated mechanic that has the tools to work on a Fiat. It was a search for me but after about 15 calls I find a great one!

Took them a while with my car. But I'm definitely going back. The guy who took care of my servicing didn't leave me in the dark about anything so we were square. I'm going back for sure.

I really had intentions of buying a completely different car and ended up saving $2800 and getting EVERYTHING and i mean EVERYTHING I wanted in my 2019 hellcat. I worked with Mr. Harris there and he was absolutely awesome. Always made me feel comfortable and knew everything I wanted to make the recommendation that he did. The finance department worked fast and everyone there was friendly too. If you go there ask for Mr. Harris.

Before going to Fiat of Atlanta, we visited two other Fiat Dealerships that were closer to us. Both of them had a disappointing Fiat inventory as well as a lack of costumer service. Don't even waste your time going to other Fiat dealerships in Georgia like we did.. Fiat of Atlanta has an amazing Fiat selection and EVERYONE who works there is super friendly and knows exactly what costumer service is. Yvonne was so much fun to work with and she actually took the time to talk with us. When we couldn't come to an agreement on the first visit, Yvonne kept in touch with us via text to continue to try and work a deal with us. She was amazing and didn't annoy us with a bunch of fluff text messages. She got right to the point and we were able to make a deal. When we went to pick up our Fiat, there was a slight problem with it and service stayed after hours to quickly fix the problem for us. Jeff and Yvonne made buying my first car a fun and easier process. This dealer gave me the best experience I have ever encountered with a dealership and I would definitely say start here if you are looking for a car, especially the Fiat.

Trevor was great. He was very friendly and so very helpful. I came back the next week and was able to get a car for my daughter. This was her first car. I tell everyone that I know that your dealership is the best. Derrick Langley was also a great person to work with. He was patient and very helpful. When I need another car in the future I will go straight to Landmark Fiat. Thanks again. Mrs. Wanda M. Hence-Johnson

Great Customer Service and a team willing to make things right. I went in for a warranty issue and to also get an oil change. Left my car in the morning and came back after work; got back and they fixed the issue but created another by accident. They then fixed that and I left. The next morning my car broke down on the highway and they setup the towing through my warranty of my Fiat 500x and I got the car towed to their shop and Wydell ( my original client service guy- not the mechanic) helped me. He provided a loaner car and got my vehicle right in. They kept overnight and fixed whatever the problem was upfront completely and so thankful. It's great to have warranty coverage and also good customer service in not so fun situations. The General Manager was quick to apologize and make things right and Wydell was real professional through the entire process. The service team definitely needs to take their time.

I purchased my Fiat in 2014 and everything was great. The sales people were awesome. I am now writing this review as of today 7/9/15. I recently have been having issues with my Fiat so I had my Mom drop it off yesterday (Wednesday) while I was at work and she realized that the Fiat dealership has been turned into a Dodge/Chrysler dealership instead. The woman at the front desk was rude to her in telling us that "yes they still serviced Fiat." We were then told they couldn't service it until Friday. Okay, no big deal. My issue comes from today, I get a call from a man from the Service department. So I call back and he tells me they have a "big problem." They lost the keys to my car. And asked if I have an extra set. No apology whatsoever! How does that even happen?? "It's around here somewhere but we can't find it." This is so unprofessional on so many levels. I can't even believe he didn't even apologize. He ordered a new set of keys but it will take a couple of days. Oh, okay. Thank you SO much.

I don’t typically write reviews because I know how damaging it could be to a business and hard working people… but if I can save someone from going through the mess that I went through, I will. I had an appointment that was also confirmed the day prior. When I got there I waited 5 hrs for the car to even be looked at. When I asked for an update on my car they said they didn’t even know and that they were too busy to even give me an update… this was after 4 hrs of waiting. I was told I needed a new wire hanger for my tailight and that they’d call the next day for the part… it’s 4 weeks later and after continued requested updates and request to talk to a general manager (which they did not let me), I still don’t have a simple tailight fixed. Needless to say I’m literally taking my car to a different state to a different fiat dealership. Everyone at the dealership was equally upset about their car and the way business is being handled. Additionally they do not do courtesy cars…

Run as far as you can from this dealership. If I were you I wouldn't even drive past. It would be better to drive to South Carolina for service and probably quicker. The service center and employees don't return calls, lie, and then are irritated when you call to check on your car. (If you can get somebody to answer the phone) They make promises they don't intend to keep and it takes many days to even look at the car. Your car will not be looked at on the day of your appointment, heck may not even be looked at for a week. Oh and they will only look at one problem at a time and then maybe order the part, then fix it whenever they get around to it. Just in case you missed my message, they are AWFUL! Like I said run!!!

Awesome experience! We drove into town from Michigan and unfortunately our car had some issues. After trying to work a deal with another dealership we ended up at landmark, and we couldn’t be happier. We were immediately greeted by Darryl and he got us a test drive and everything worked out great. Open and honest and we were guided through the process with no issues, despite the fact that we came in at 8:15 at night (sorry). The manager even spoke with us. I would absolutely recommend landmark

Every dealership is busy. I completely understand that. I scheduled warranty work almost 2 weeks in advance and dropped my Jeep off early due to meetings I had scheduled. My assigned service consultant was late so after waiting a while one of the other guys decided to get me going. Totally appreciate that. Dropped off at 7am -- Scheduled Appointment was 10:30am -- it's 5:45pm and still no word from Landmark. I call my consultant and I was told my Jeep hadn't even been touched yet. I asked what the point of making an appointment was and, without apology, the service consultant said it helps them better service customers... clearly, it's not working. I ask for him to get a time when it can be looked at and he states he will talk to the dispatcher in the AM. I DID get a text around 8am saying he was about to meet with the dispatcher which gave me hope. That was short-lived as i had to call back in at 11am to get an update. It's now 24 hours PAST my scheduled appointment and the service consultant calls me back to tell me that it'll be another hour or two before they can get to my Jeep. There has been no consideration given for the fact I am without a vehicle this entire time. It blows my mind that a business can be run like this when other dealerships in the past (this is my 2nd Jeep) have successfully worked me in and kept me informed on the status of my Jeep. 100% disgusted with the service department at Landmark. Communication is free and I'd be a lot less upset if someone would actually be proactive and communicate with me. This department needs to get it's act together. This experience has been absolutely awful.

I have been calling for the last two days, trying to give them details around the issues I had with my car that was towed there. The phone rings to service department, no answer. Message says mailbox full. I've called no less than 12 times over the course of several hours and two days. Encountered a very nice sales person when I called that department instead; stayed on hold 20 minutes and he couldn't get anyone either. Took my information and still no call back. Willing to update once I receive actual service, but so far there has been none.

Everybody was so great. From the salesman Joshua, sales manager Patrick, and the finance guy Tim (i think his name was). Lol. The service was absolutely amazing. These guys just don't know how heaven sent they were. I was in an accident that totaled my vehicle the 31st of January. Had 0 clue of what I was going to do. Joshua called me with Patrick on the line and said we have your car ready for you. I told Patrick I don't have any money, he

I'm still iffy on the dealership but I'll give them credit for making my issue right. A bit of drama with my new key - not their fault as the supplier/maker kept pushing the delivery date back. They did keep me informed. Then, some cost confusion on my flat tire kit, but that arrived super quick and the parts guy was really helpful. The complaint about my car service that I emailed was addressed within a week and they were very helpful the 2nd time I went in. They are better than the dealer in South Atlanta, for sure, as they at least made me an appointment and serviced my car. Trying to make a bad issue better is always a good thing in this era of the customer service myth. Ideally - there would be nothing to make better but recognizing an error and resolving it is great. Thanks!

After Sales Service is not good. At least for Fiats. First thing first is that there is not a single Fiat sign on the outside of the building, the only signs you see are Chrysler, Dodge and Jeep. I purchased a used Fiat buying into the Fiat brand for the first time and my excitement was very quickly turned to total disappointment when I walked in for my first service. I believe they only have 1 Fiat Technician working on cars and they oil change times are ridiculous. To get an appointment date you have to plan out 3 - 4 weeks in advance. Went for some warranty work and there is no help with a courtesy car. Dealer ship kept the car for 6 days and the work started on the 4th day!! Again my unit is going for warranty repairs and after getting an appointment date after 3 weeks it will still take them 2 days to do a job that should not take more than 4 hours and that is being very generous. Still - no courtesy car. Tried to talk to a manager and the service rep would not transfer me to one! And by the way this is me staying calm and never raising my voice. When you go to the parts department, NONE of the guys have a lick of knowledge on Fiat products. When you approach the counter and ask for Fiat parts you get a look like "Why did you even buy a Fiat?". Now I am not sure if this is just a Landmark thing but boy I will not be buying another Fiat again let alone ever doing business with Landmark.
