I’m sure these are nice people, but my son and I just spent 10 minutes here looking at the jewelry case and no one said a single word to us. We decided to come here because the reviews were good...maybe they showed some respect to other customers, but not to us. Ended up finding exactly what we needed at another pawn shop, of which there are many.

That is definitely not the typical level of service we strive for, but I do remember when you came in that day. I remember you specifically, because you shouted "F*CK THIS PLACE!" loudly, as you were exiting our store. Our staff and I were quite confused on what happened as it was a busy day and all of our employees were working with customers on the sales floor. It was raining outside but I followed you into the parking lot and asked what the issue was. You stated no-one acknowledged or helped you. I sincerely apologized to you and offered you a 20% discount on any item in the store if you would give us a chance in the future. At the time you seemed okay with this, didn't appear to be angry and I believed the issue had been resolved. I'm saddened to see that is not the case by your 1 star review. My offer still stands on the discount. We're a small business and we try to do the best we can but don't always get it right.
