I wish I could give Shannon and Vantage a 10 star rating!!! I had other financing lined-up (or so I thought) and had been waiting 6+ weeks to get any kind of communication from this other bank! I was at the point that I thought that I was going to lose this boat due to the incompetency of the other lender! In frustration and with some desperation, I stumbled upon Vantage from a Google search! I called first thing Monday morning and spoke with Shannon. I let her know my situation and the issue that I was facing. She shared a few options with me on what she thought she could do. I spoke with her several times over the course of that day and she kept me updated every step of the way! Long story short, she said she could get it done for me with a quick turn-around from the bank… And it happened! The loan was processed and funded in 2 days! What an amazingly fast and painless process. Curt went over and beyond to get me into my boat within just two days of finding it at the dealer. He kept constant contact on the paperwork needed and where the process was. He called me on the second day (Saturday) and told me to go get my boat. My credit is far from perfect but is good. I HIGHLY recommend VRF to anyone who is in need of boat financing. Terri Walker was ON POINT. What could have been a stressful time, was practically seamless. Terri handled EVERYTHING. Contacting seller, getting funds approved and sent, filling out all forms for local DNR and DMV, explaining every detail of testing out boat, insuring new boat, titling and registration. She also explained the details of the boat loan and how to avoid paying a huge interest amount. I worked with Alicia. She called me on a Saturday shortly after I submitted my application on their website. Not only was she always quick to respond, but she was always professional and helpful. Vantage Recreational Finance found a bank with much better terms than the one the dealership found for me. The bank Vantage found was a full percent lower APR and accepted a lower down payment. Finally, once everything was done, the bank Vantage found had funding available 2 weeks quicker than the dealership's bank. The salesman said he hadn't seen the rate I got for quite awhile.
