I pawned a few items of sentimental value with this pawn shop. I was attracted to the low introductory rates and flexible payment options. The process was simple and I got my low rate and my items back after completing the term agreement.

Horrible place to go pawn your items, the workers doesn’t know what they’re doing and they’ll try to low ball you every chance they get Gold Pawn is 10 times better

This shop has excellent customer service. I had recently proposed to my girlfriend and was looking to size the ring. Even though they were unable to do it before we left they replaced the ring enlarger I had for free to try and make things better. Very friendly. If I lived in the area I would frequent this establishment!

They are liars and crooks. They are selling the item (b.c. rich mockingbird masterpiece bass guitar) for 330. When i talk to the guy who claims he is manager and we agree on a price, and I am the only one watching the item. When i go to bid on the item the 330 we agreed on, he changes the price to 350. When I call in, same guy picks up the phone, now talks with fake accent and claims manager is never there works from home only and they have no way of reaching him. Bait and switch in its finest. Stay away unless you want to be lied to and swindled. Horrible. Very very dishonest. F -.

I didn’t realize that they don’t allow you to pay down your principal when you come in to pay the 20% Interest and extend. So I just paid the entire amount to not deal with anymore. Gentleman who assisted said he just started, and had to check with someone he said was in the restroom to ask about paying down principal. He came back to tell me they don’t do this, I objected and he gave this “actually I have a law degree”, “I am a lawyer” statement thinking I might actually care or believe him. I doubt if there was anyone else there also. Lesson learned and won’t return!
