Sorry to write but the service of the employees ( especially Juan) is really unacceptable and frustrating. Every time we go there they treat us with disrespect and make us humiliated. This is our bank, this is for our services, this bank runs by people's money or business but we get treat like unwanted and uninviting customers. We could have problems, we are not the experts at everything but they could talk, could describe or discuss rather they speak inappropriately and with unacceptable gesture. They don't know how to talk or behave with customers. They don't have the words (friendliness, politeness and humbleness ) in their dictionary.

I went in today with my two year old to get a paper notarized. I walked in and waited for someone to check me in. The check-in lady was in the front room to the right hanging out with her friend. I went up to the teller and checked myself in. The original check-in lady at the front then walked over to me and asked me if I needed help which I explained I just checked in with the teller and need a form to be notarized. See said it would be 5 minutes. I set a timer on my phone. After 20 minutes and my 2 year old getting restless. I looked around to complain but the host was no where to be found. I had to pick up my daughter at 12pm so I felt like I was forced to leave and go across to the UPS store where I paid 8.00 because it took one minute. So disappointed in the customer service there. Two ladies came in after me and just sat on the couches and no one checked them in while I watched my 20 minute timer.

I love this branch of Bank of America. My banker here is Sally Mayerhofer. It's people like her that make this branch so easy to come in and out and get everything you need done. I opened my first account with her, also my first credit card. I will continue to stick with these guys. Customer service is 10/10

Went in to open a saving account on a slow Saturday and I am waiting here NOW over 2 hours. They have no sense of urgency and do not give a damn. Might completely switch banks after this disaster.

Typical B of A branch. Short staffed and inefficient people. Fortunately this branch has an automated system which makes it much faster to make a deposit..

Thanks for being there to help your clients during this difficult time. I REALLY APPRECIATE YOUR COMPANY CLOSING MY ACCOUNT ON APRIL 3RD 2020..... DAYS AFTER MR BOA CEO ANNOUNCED plans to help your clients and giving $100 million to aid relief efforts. I would love to hear from 1 member of the public that experienced first hand the aid caused as a result of the $100 million. Your a bank. Not a charity. If you're giving away $100 million its because you already stole $1 trillion doing something that's not exactly by the book... I love how these big corporations like to jump at the opportunity to look like a hero when in actuality your ceo knows for dam sure its not what he says it is.

This was my second time dealing with Maida normally I would wait for the man he is always helpful but this time I was in a rush and I couldn’t hear her and I would ask her to repeat herself and she got a attitude and threw the receipts down she didn’t even put my money threw the money counter to make sure the large amount I took out was correct. Next time If she’s there I’ll just walk Right back out HORRIBLE ATTITUDE!
