My wife and I thought we were getting a good deal on a trade and purchase from our local dealer until we called Mick at Van Campen. Always get great service, order a set of new tire for my wife's Jeep, came in next day. Appointment made for the Friday of that week at 10am. Had to cancel for personal reasons, they were able to get me in the very next day at 10am, now this is a Saturday and I am thinking this is going to take awhile because of limited staff but no it was done exactly when Jordan said it would. Very satisfying to know you can leave your vehicle in their very capable hands and trust them to do a great job. Thank you Van Campen Motors for all the years of service after the sale. Mike Wolf was a great salesman to work with. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and very easy to talk to. The vehicle I purchased was used and needed a few little things taken care of and the service department was able to get everything done quickly. This was my second purchase from Vancampen Motors and they delivered.

I took my daughter’s 2011 Jeep Patriot to VanCampen for an engine light issue. The folks in service were extremely professional and courteous. Once they diagnosed the issue and thoroughly explained it, they scheduled an appointment for me that was convenient. They fixed the sensor for a very reasonable price. Outstanding customer service. We were on vacation from out of state with the dog when the jeep broke down. We had it towed there Thursday. They were booked till Monday to look at the car, but realized we were stranded. They took our car in right away to see what the problem was and made sure our dog (Paige) had plenty of water. They found the only hotel in the area that would take a dog and would drop us off and deliver the car when ready. I also discovered none of the car rental agencies had a car to rent. The pandemic had caused a shortage of them too! Even the tow truck driver Josh from Action Towing wouldn't leave until he knew we were taken care of. The service manager (Jordan) kept us informed of any progress during the day. He also recommended the Bullfrog Brewery for delicious wings which we did go he was right on. The service department did manage to repair our car the same day!! Our sincere appreciation goes out to everyone that helped us that day!!

Jamie from VanCampen was amazing. I live almost 2 hours away. We have been looking for a Dodge 2500 for awhile. We saw the one they had online. He worked quickly and got us an approval that same day over the phone. We were picking up the truck and driving it home in less than 24 hours. Everyone was amazing.

Mick was a great salesman. He explained all the features and did not pressure at all. The financing was easy with good explainations. The selection of Jeeps was good but honestly the color of upholstery was what helped. I did not want black and they had gray interior and the color I liked on the exterior.

My experience was great! Jon and the entire team were great. Very easy process no pressure. I went home and had overnight to think on it. And the next day I signed the papers no hours of waiting.

Let me start by saying there isn't a better group of folks than these guys! We had gone to 4 other dealerships in need of buying a truck to replace our car that had very very high mileage. I would have rated my visit 5 stars but when I left with my new truck and got up on the highway I realized you only gassed the truck up to 1/2 tank. Buying a vehicle from you i would have expected a full tank of gas! Other than that my experience was great. Chad treated myself and my cousin very good!! I would most definitely buy from you again.

Bought the wife a cherokee latitude five years ago from Chad at Van Campen. We decided to look at the Grand Cherokee and Went back to Chad and told him what we were looking for. I'm very happy and surprised by the vancampen experience. Vancampen found and sold me the exact vehicle I wanted at the right price. This is the first time dealing with them and was surprised that what was perceived to be a smaller dealership could best the bigger guys. Furthermore, Jamie and the team there were great to work with and very responsive. I will definitely go there again when it's time for the next vehicle!
