PNC Bank W 4th St, Williamsport

It’s not even worth a one star. They take money from you. They don’t know how to set up savings. They don’t need how to read there own stuff and abide by it. Worst bank I’ve ever been with. Literally every other week. Because they keep taking money from me, overdraft fee, overdraft this, overdraft fee that. No I’m done. Literally says I have money in my account, so I use it. Look at my account later and it says - numbers. Like what. You guys are trash.

I have been with PNC for 5 years. Last night I attempted to deposit $400 in cash. The ATM did not accept my bills. Instead of giving me my money back, the ATM took it but did not deposit it to my account. The teller I spoke to was rude, would not let me finish a sentence and continually placed me on hold. I feel powerless and that is not how a customer should feel when it comes to their money. I'm very disappointed in PNC. I have never had an issue before. I think my only mistake was using this specific branch.

The PNC bank on W 4th St in Williamsport is fantastic and the service is always great, the people that work there are highly qualified and will work with you if you run into problems. I fully recommend anyone who is looking for a bank to direct themselves here .

May 2016, the staff are very helpful in all of their areas and will always get back to you when they don't immediately have an answer. They have also provided me with great advice for all my banking needs.

Parking sucks. But Alicia is a great branch representative.

The staff is amazing. Alyssa in particular was extremely nice and very helpful. I’m not sure what she gets paid but she needs a raise!

Literally the worst pnc bank I've seen, and i have been to quite a couple states. It has 3 parking spots in front that are almost always taken by the workers. There are an additional 3 parking spaces in the bank at 120 w 4th st, but there is no sign to say that. Both times i went there I've had to circle multiple times, the first time upwards of an hour.

Awesome customer service. They go above and beyond to help a person get their accounts set up, patiently spending the time required to make sure I had my virtual set up. Highly recommend this branch and staff. THANK YOU

Parking is definitely not ideal, but the people inside are great to work with and know me by name.

Great staff. Not many options for parking due to the city stealing their parking lot.
