Since me and my hubby open an account with this bank. It has been 1 thing after another. Fees fees... Charge u a fee when u got to withdraw monies from another ATM.. Cause thiers is broken. And than when I put a hold my account. They going to chate a fee when try to pull monies. .. I'm so disappointed with bank. And I thought putting my account on hold would keep me from fees. . False!!!#

I called to get my app unlocked I was told they were not in front of computer. They had to go to a computer and that it would take a few minutes. 30 minutes passed and nothing, now they are closed for the day and I still don’t have access. It’s the first time having an issue they are usually very efficient.

Valwood Park is the best! I am on my 6th vehicle loan with them (between my wife and I) and the interest rates are always reasonable . The staff is also very helpful and knowledgeable. I choose Valwood always!

I can’t believe this place is still up and running. Someone up there just hung up on me as I was trying to get access to my previous bank statements. Such an antiquated place for banking. Most people are sweet up here, but obviously some are not. Cannot believe I was hung up on by an employee, extremely immature.
