The closing date was less than 15 days, while the competition required 30 days or more. Overall, a satisfying experience!

Absolutely atrocious. Non-responsive. The Underwriter had zero interest in ever closing and we were approved (Thais Argimon). For 4+ months they left us hanging without any explanation for their delays. I would definitely NEVER recommend these people..... EVER! They wrote promising to make it up to us but that was another lie!!! NO RESPONSE FROM THEM AT THIS TIME!

Valley View's staff was very helpful in moving the refinance process along. This process can be very frustrating to the home owner with all of the personal financial information required. Each VV staff member was courteous and very patient with me while getting the information together.

I received false and misleading advertising from Valley View Home Loans. I have no business with this company, but they sent me an unsolicited advertisement in which they make false statements about my mortgage, and issued a misleading deadline by which I must contact them to save money or obtain information. If this isn't illegal, it should be.

I had a pretty good experience refinancing my mortgage with Valley View Home Loans. The whole process took longer then anticipated but I believe every other lender was dealing with the same issue of higher then usual number of applications and a back log through the summer. They were very easy going and worked around the clock to help me close the deal. They can improve their communication and alignment with other parties involved but given the circumstances I am very pleased with their services. Will definitely do business with them again.

Henry and the network funding group team were great providing true transparent communication. Henry was always available and answered all my questions. The entire process was very well explained and the daily updates of my loan and the stage it was in was always provided by the team. I have been doing real estate for over 33+ years and have never had such a bad experience with Valley View Home Loans. Sean Khan is not an ethical nor professional person to work with. My buyer has perfect credit, putting money down, and after two months, has still not been able to close. We have been given the run around and THIS company, Valley View Loans, dropped the ball. Not sure how things are done in California, apparently SLOW but in this business, that will not get you repeat business. I plan to take this to the top and I want everyone out there to read this review and read it carefully!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I could not get them to respond or return my calls, emails or text and my buyer lost his earnest money as result of them taking over 2 months to close over something that was THEIR FAULT!!!
