This place sold a truck to my 18 year old son and it was undrivable within 10 days. They chose to NOT fix the problem and instead told him he didn't choose the *EXTENDED WARRANTY * (Extended from What?? Is there a warranty that needs to be extended? ) My son went to buy a truck by himself, trusting Ana, the salesperson he chose the second truck he saw. The first truck he went there for ended up going in for maintenance on windshield wipers....and didn't come back out. He was led to a different truck and he decided to get it. This truck wasn't taken to the shop so my son figured it was all ready to go. Less than 2 weeks later the Transmission is in need of majir repair and he is expected to fix it! There is no compensation or compassion from this company to make this right. Please steer Clear !

Have been looking for a van where I can continue expanding my bartending business and came accross Premium Finance. I explained Ana that I was a 1st time buyer and the importance on getting the right van to look as presentable as possible when I get to events. Ana and the rest of the Premium Family made it possible, it was a quick and easy process. The only thing I regret is not contacting them sooner.

I was contacted by phone on my interest on a 4runner by Kenny on a holiday after I submitted an email through their web. He answered all my questions and welcomed me in for a look. He went out of his way to have it cleaned and ready for me since I was on a tight time frame. Kenny had a Carfax ready and allowed my mechanic to take a thorough inspection of the vehicle, I know that’s standard and the law but Kenny went out of the way to make it easy for us. It was a painless transaction and they worked with me on the overall price. Probably the best car buying experience so far! Also, Kenny is as transparent and honest as they come: Semper Fi!

Buyer beware!!! Do not buy extended warranty! Scam scam scam! They pressured my 70 year old mother to spend an extra 3,000$ and now she is stuck with a truck that has tremendous problems and supposedly the best warranty that we could get and had nothing to worry about. Warning ⚠️ Please be careful cars are sold in no condition to drive. I purchased a f350 truck on a Sunday I drove it back to Tulare county and with in the week I had to take it to a shop because the tires locked on me and it started to leek. I purchased this truck back in Aug. and it’s currently Feb. and now it has a lot of black smoke.

Huge disappointment! I called Premium Finance in regards a vehicle that described as in good condition. I had to drive 40 minutes in traffic to see the good condition vehicle. once I arrived the vehicle wasn't prepared. parked by the end and we couldn't open the driver door as the handle was broken. she had to enter from the passenger side to open the door. finally we are in! let's start the car to see how it sounds, ops not starting?!? are you serious? I drove all the way 50 minutes in traffic for this? good condition it is not! In fact this is wrong. be aware.

Where to start. I purchased a 2005 F250 from them. I was told their mechanic said the aftermarket radio was dead, they wanted to replace with a factory one. No big deal because I needed a camera anyways. Come to find out after I purchased a new one, the radio was good. It was never plugged in. The electric mirrors motors stopped working. They wanted to swap it with a set from another truck on the lot. I didn’t like the idea that they were going to screw the next guy so I opted out of it and suggested new ones, which they said no.. day 2 of owning the truck, the battery light came on.. bad alternator. When I took it to the shop they informed me of a plug in the tires sidewall, and my rear brakes were metal to metal. I called the dealer back to see if we could work something out because I just purchased it. They never responded and stopped answering my calls.. Now I’m. 3k in repairs within the 1st week of owning this truck.I would NEVER recommend anyone buying a vehicle there unless you plan to dump hundreds if not thousands of dollars into a vehicle to make it safe to drive with your family in it that should be operable for awhile..

Bought a 3500 Ram from Jessica and Kenny on 02/12/21. I traded in a car when I bought the truck and as of today 03/09/21 they have still not paid my car off with the lender and I'm about to get hit with a late fee. Pretty uncool. In response to the owners response. You're trying to save face for when folks read this but once USAA finally got your check the car was shown as paid off in 2 days. Your customer service leaves something to be desired.

I purchased a GMC Acadia SLT in January 2018, as is, but they assured me that the car was in very good condition. I told them that I needed something safe & reliable since we had 4 kids at the time & one on the way. They said not to worry that the engine & transmission have no issues & I am buying a solid car for my family. Fast forward 30 days later and there is a power steering leak, then I had to replace a solenoid in the transmission, then I come to find that my engine has a leak!! We took our car to Yosemite & it barely made it back, the engine was having so much issues on the way back, the RPM would rise and the car didn't want to accelerate. Yesterday, I barely got my SUV home. The repairs cost more then we owe on our car note!!! I am honestly devastated, not to mention that they were not completely honest on the Car fax report. They refuse to make it right, as we bought it as is, even though they reassured me everything was fine. This has not been easy, I don't even know how they have a 4.1 Rating. I wish I had listened to the bad reviews. Please stay away from these people! Update: There’s a coolant leak, I now need another solenoid in the transmission (which for the cost of both, I could have bought another transmission), and yesterday my engine overheated and completely stopped! Not to mention it was smoking 2 weeks ago, which we fixed, now this! Ugh :/ this place knows what they sold me and lied to my face when they said the engine and transmission were in good condition! It’s been giving me problems since we bought it! My Chevy that had over 200k miles ran better than this price of junk and rarely needed repairs! I wish they would make it right and give me a different car or give me my money back. we can’t even afford the repairs on a car they lied about!

If I can give these guys no stars, I would! 2 words... Auto Fraud!! Please be careful when purchasing a car with this dealership. They canceled a finance deal well over the 10 day period in the “Sellers Right to Cancel” as stated in section B. They called over 30 days later asking for their car back and refused to reimburse for the tinted windows. They said they let us use the car for a month and lied indicating they sent a letter certified mail. When asked for the tracking/parcel number the “Manager” Randy said it was posted marked June 2, 2020. Checked the tracking number, says “Label created . Not yet In the system”. Correct me if wrong but don’t you have to sign for certified mail? No one signed for nothing like that here and IF we would have the tracking would have provided me with a name of who signed it, right? He lied again and said they tried to call! Nope, checked all our phone records and nothing from them until June 26th. This is very disappointing and sad that these car salesman would take advantage of people like this. Do. Not. Buy. A. Car. From. Premium. Auto. Finance!!!

I had been looking for a newer vehicle, like a Chevrolet Tahoe and came across Premium Finance. They have quite a selection to choose from, I spoke to Cindy and she showed me the SUV I was asking about. It was a little bit overwhelming, and we almost left without the Tahoe, but then we saw this cute “Blue” GMC Yukon, and it was perfect! Cindy took us for a test drive and I was in love with this Yukon!! It was even my favorite color, and it also came with leather seats and a sunroof!! I told my husband that this is the ONE!!!! I ended up getting a vehicle from them which ended up failing about a week later. I told the bank and they decided not to finance the deal. Brought the car back to premium finance and they said it’s my problem to fix and I left the car there and wanted my own vehicle back since the deal has fallen through….I still have yet to receive my vehicle back and I am vary behind on payments and can not recover from. STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALER AND THEIR DISHONEST WAYS. I purchased a truck about mid Feb, 2021, upon arriving i addressed a few issues the truck had and some were taken care of such as broken windshield, i asked about the overspray of black pain all over the undercarriage and i was told it was to protect the underside, after a week i took the truck to the mechanic to address some issues and come to find out that the brakes were installed wrong, the shocks were painted to look new, the drums,rotors and pads had to be changed due to damage and the radiator was leaking, upon addressing this with management i was promised a amount back but after 20 days of waiting for that money i still have not received a cent from them. I will advice to anyone that is looking or thinking of buying a vehicle from this location to really think about it since the amount of things they donto.cover thw conditions of the vehicle to make it look new ia just ao unprofessional and unmoral, the devious ways to hide issues on vehicles is just wrong, as much as i can complain since i moved states i will just not waste my time kissing their behind to make things right i will just make sure to voice my experience with them for other people to be warned about their tactics like putting whiteout in scratched areas or paint pens and then once the vehicle is long sold we get all these visible scratches A report to BBB and other entities will be also moving forward

***WARNING*** THESE PEOPLE ARE SCAMMERS!!!! I BOUGHT AN F250 FROM THEM AFTER 11 DAYS OF OWNING AND TWO DRIVE THE CHECK ENGINE LIGHT CAME ON. THE TURBO WAS BAD AND COST $4025.00 TO FIX THEY HAS RESET THE CHECK ENGINE LIGHT BEFORE SELLING. WHEN I REACHED OUT TO MARIA THE OFFICE MANAGER ABOUT COVERING THE COST SHE IGNORED MY EMAILS. DO NOT TRUST THEM! THEY KNEW I WOULD BE HAULING HORSE WITH THIS TRUCK AND STILL SOLD IT. THEY WOULD RISK PEOPLES SAFETY TO MAKE A SALE.

So I walked in today just looking searching for a diesel truck then comes Ana the salesperson and made me feel so comfortable that I ended up walking out with my diesel and I couldn’t be happier. I recommend premium finance because they have really great trucks great prices and they will work with you. I’m thankful for this experience and purchase.

The male representative that worked with us on signed the documents from the purchase for the vehicle is not a man of his word. Unfortunately I did not get his name; however, his lack of ethics in disseminating accurate information is a poor reflection on Premium Finance. While speaking with Peter on the phone today, he demonstrated utter poor customer service skills.

I have bought 2 cars from the beach blvd location. I enjoyed both cars although they were both priced over bluebook. I had some issues with one of the cars after the purchase and Premium took care of me and my vehicle even though they were not obligated to. Do not allow them to finance you thru Westlake financial though. I did and it was a mistake. Read Westlake Financials reviews. Request Mas financial instead if credit not too great.
