He was extremely responsive in returning my calls/texts, and was able to tailor his schedule to match mine on multiple occasions. He made the whole process super easy despite a 3-hr time difference. Recently purchased my first home and Alvin was absolutely amazing! Helped me through every step, answer any questions I had (there were a lot), and made me feel comfortable and confident through the entire process.

This is my second transaction utilizing Pacific Bay Lending Group. In this unique time, Pacific Bay Lending Group was even more accommodating in facilitating my refinancing case. Their electronic documentation process made it very efficient. During the volatile interest rate rollercoaster, I was kept informed at all time of not only the potential changes but also the options to consider. This really put my mind at ease and shows the PBLG really has my best interest at heart. I would highly recommend PBLG to anyone.

My experience was awful with Pacific Bay Mortgage. I locked the rate 3.875 however when the day signing notary, they changed to 4.125 without notifying me. The whole process was slow, they ask several documents over and over, even though we already updated. They probably not review my case carefully. They also calculated the wrong amount of wire money, so I have to wire money several times. Because of their low efficiency, I almost couldn’t close my house on time and get penalty. I won’t choose this lender again, really not professional and responsible. Super terrible experience!

The entire team was very professional and courteous. We were incredibly frustrated through the loan processing and underwriting experience. What should have been a 30-day closing was over 2.5 months. Funding was delayed until 9 days after closing out VA re-finance. Multiple document requests were requested after closing, all of which should have been requested and completed prior to closing. This was the worst purchase / re-finance experience out of 9 purchase / re-finance experiences. In the end, we finally got the loan funded.
