Valley Strong Credit Union Ming Ave, Bakersfield

Needed a personal loan so I stopped into Ming office. Spoke with loan officer Cher and she quickly had everything set up. A few questions and a couple of signatures and we're done. Easy, painless and timely (less than 30 min.) Thank you Cher & Valley Strong.

It's the best bank. In Bakersfield Ca, Great customer service. And a very nice place to get car 🚗 loans. Or any other loans. And also a very helpful bank and establishment to grow with in the community of Bakersfield Ca, And I thank you greatly for all of your great service and support.

I have been banking with this bank for years! Before it became valley strong things went a little bit smoother. Now I can NEVER call with out atleast a 30 min wait! Or the fact that there's always something wrong and I can't log into the app or website to see my bank account. I'm so tired of this bs! Been almost 15 years with them and I'm about to switch banks!!!

There was very little communication with me regarding loan status. I had to reach out multiple times over the course of the 7 weeks! I had no idea it would take so long. I was the one to try and get answers about the status many times with a very delayed response. Thank you for finally approving my loan.

Cher in loans is the absolute BEST! I wasn't happy with how high my Apr was with another agency. Went to her, and she had me in the car of my dreams, with comfortable payments in one day! There aren't enough stars to give this credit union.

Absolutely loved it. Opened a account and they attended me quickly, they gave me my debit card already activated and ready to use. Everyone was so nice and helpful. Yolanda helped me and she was super helpful 10/10

Very unprofessional when. It comes to protecting your money in your account. They charged me.to protect my money and they.stlill gave it away . Manager lied says he.was going to call and tell me what the he'll was going on with my account. I haven't received a call yet SO I guess it's OK for them to take my money and.give it away.
