I applied for a loan online and by the end of the day, I was approved and funded thanks to the help of a very helpful loan officer. What an awesome experience!

My experience thus far with Valley Strong Credit Union has been second to none. Refinancing my car with Gemma at North Visalia was a breeze. The entire staff exuded positive energy and uncompromising commitment to member service. I take advantage of the free waters even though it's chilly this time of year. I always end up regretting it because I get those kind of clammy hands. Know what I'm talking about? Anyway, great job by Gemma on the auto loan and by the rest of the team coming in with the awesome sauce.

Opening an account was very easy. Gemma was my representative and was very thorough in explaining everything. The rest of the staff in the building were very friendly. Enjoyed my experience at the bank. Will recommend to family and friends.
