Valley Bank U, Freehold Township

I had a CD to close, so made an appointment to meet with someone. Giancarlo, the bank Manager, took care of us. I want to say, He made us feel comfortable, while we waited for Corporate to finalize everything. Valley Bank has a great Manager at this location, thank you!

I been with Valley National over 10 years funny thing they know who are like the old days when you walk in they know you they talk to you like a friend banks today forget that they want your money that’s it see they remember who are

Just do yourself a favor and avoid this branch. If you attempt to get a CD closed on a Sat. that matured during the previous week, they do not date the check for Sat. they date it for the following Monday and tell you the check is good to use to open a CD that day (SAT). If you argue they will emphatically state same. I DO NOT APPRECIATE BEING CALLED SWEETHEART....Also, we drove 20 miles out of our way to be told tbey could not open account with that check until MONDAY. I called them and of course, I was angry. SHE HUNG ON ME. THEY SHOULD NOT HOLD YOUR MONey UNTUL A WEEKDAY ESPECIALLY WHEN CD MATURED PREVIOUS WEEK. AVOID THIS BANK AT ALL COSTS.

Marc that works there is absolutely disgusting. I will not return to this location and I’ve told others not to as well.. there’s a way to treat costumers and how you treated me was not it.

I wrote a check for a substantial amount and out of my normal spending habits, Giancarlo the bank manager contacted me to make sure there was nothing funny going on and to make sure there was enough money in my account to clear the check, there was,,,,,Amazing customer service. I was at work so I didn't pickup the phone when he called, so he emailed me to call bank his cell phone number back, the little things mean a lot to. Giancarlo I thank you for your help sir...

Dena & Marc is very very helpful. They both make banking easier for our business. I have not received this kind of banking experience anywhere in NJ. I really appreciate the support and help provided by them.
