Kim did a great job. She was prompt, courteous and knew her stuff. We ran into some issues with old mortgages and she helped to resolve the issues so the parties could close on time. So, the experience with Coastal was a good one!

Buying a house is an insane process, but Lisa from Coastal Title Agency made it bearable and answered all our questions promptly and professionally, even when the lawyers on both sides of the deal were unresponsive. I cannot say enough nice things about Lisa- because of her we were able to close on time and live in our dream home! She made sure everything got done even when everyone else did not care and we still very much appreciate that.
