I had an AMAZING experience!! Anne was SO WONDERFUL and she made my day☺️ it didn't take any time at all to get the personal loan I needed!!! My husband and I have been with UCCU for 25 year's!!! I’ve always had great customer service at every branch I’ve visited. When applying for a loan, or just making more day to day transactions I’ve been completely satisfied!

My husband and I were being hacked by fraudulent people in our online banking. We were able to stop them before any money was stolen. Called UCCU immediately and they began the process with us and blocked our accounts and then gave us instructions on what to do next and set up appointments for the next day to start new accounts, etc. My husband was freaked out that it was going to take days. But no, it went very quickly and we didn’t have to spend the day or days at the bank. Everything went smoothly and my husband is a happy man. Thanks UCCU. Thanks for taking such good care of us.

The woman that helped me was kind and efficient. She was very knowledgeable and did her job quickly.

I worked with Coby on the purchase of a vehicle and also the sale of one of vehicles. He made the process easy and very efficient. I will go to him in the future for any auto purchases. I have used them for my mortgage as well and could not be more pleased with the service and the friendliness of this branch. They are fantastic.

I’ve never had an issue with UCCU until I started going to this SF location. I have been charged multiple late fees on loans just days after the loan payment was already made. They’ve also taken out the loan payment twice in the same month. These get reversed, but it’s the hassle of having to deal with it. If you’re going to use UCCU, I’d do business at a different branch.

I've been a member for years and they are always friendly and helpful. All of their apps work great also.

It seemed like this was the loan officer’s first loan. Had to call back and change the distribution date, redo some forms electronically and had another loan officer come over and tell us about each page. If this had been the first time I had used UCCU for a loan I don’t think I would return. It all seemed very unprofessional. I understand that loan officers need to learn on the job but they should have an experienced mentor work closely beside them to help make sure everything is completed. We will probably go to the Springville branch next time (BTW, my husband tried to have it switched to Springville but the Spanish Fork branch wouldn’t release it). Just not impressed at all—and I have been a UCCU customer for over 30 years!

Trystan Plunkett in the call center was very helpful...and Amy Garrett in the branch did great as well!
