Mountain America Credit Union N Main St, Spanish Fork

Recently financed a loan through this branch and have had nothing but problems with it since. Everything was approved 6 weeks ago and I'm still unable to register my vehicle do to their end being unable to process our paperwork. Customer service has been horrendous with helping us and everytime we call they tell us the opposite of what they told us the previous call. Our loan officer hasn't responded to our emails and probably wouldn't be of any assistance if she did. I have loved banking here but will never recommend to anyone again.

Our loan officer left little to be desired with her customer service skills today. She shared her personal (not professional) opinions on our purchases. She was abrasive and forward with her commentary on a sensitive financial matter. All the while sipping her soda during our conversation. Yikes. We have had only positive experiences in the past with MACU. Unfortunately, after this one, we may not be back.

I over all like this bank. I like the options it has on their mobile app. Everything is straight forward with them. Every time I’ve called CS I’ve always had a very professional pleasant experience . I like how I was even able to open an account from the comfort of my home , connecting one on one with a remote but local representative and they were able to verify everything professionally and in a very good fast time period!

The ATM is always out of service! And the day that used it, it stole $ 160 and the machine just restarted. I recorded the video of what happened, i filed a “transaction dipute”, waited for 10 days for the money to be returned to my account as the costumer service said. So i called again and at the the end they came out that there were only 20 dollars that day in the ATM! I WILL NOT DEPOSIT MONEY IN AN ATM AGAIN !! Thanks for nothing ☺️ El ATM siempre esta descompuesto! Y un día que lo use me robo $160 dólares. Grabe el video de lo qué pasó, esperé por 10 días para que me regresaran el dinero. Para que al final me salieran que solo hubo 20 dólares ese día en el ATM ! NO VUELVO A DEPOSITAR DINERO EN UN ATM!! Gracias por nada ☺️

My husband has always banked though Mountain America Credit Union and has been more than pleased. I came in this last week to open an account with them and Sarah was the one that helped me. SHE WAS AMAZING!!!! She explained everything to me, walked me through how to set it up and answered all my questions. All the people in the Spanish fork branch are amazing and for me just barley coming to bank with MACU I have been overall happy and pleased with my whole experience! Wish I came over sooner! Mountain America Credit Union is a friendly place to bank. Customer Service really means something to them. They have helped me with my banking needs many times. I would recommend them to everyone.

Loans take time and can be tricky. I worked with Jordan on a loan and she was able to figure out how to make the loan work for me and the process worked really well and was fast. Thank you!

I went into the Spanish Fork branch to get information on the Credit Unions credit card and with the help of the loan officer I walked out starting a new Credit card, savings account, and checking account. I feel that the loan officer was one of the best and informed persons that I have ever talked to about our finances. I would highly recommend starting an account at Mountain America Credit Union.

Went to open and account with MACU today at the Spanish Fork branch and was helped by Sarah. Sarah not only helped me open an account when I asked about my auto loan I had with my previous bank she helped me LOWER my interest rate AND my monthly payment. She was very nice and professional and the best way I can describe Mountain America’s staff is that they seem like they genuinely WANT to help me (not just because it’s their job). Sarah also noticed two credit cards I had open and offered to open me a consolidation loan so that I can pay off my credit cards with a lower interest rate. I am beyond thankful for her thoroughness to help me save money! Best experience I’ve had with any bank or credit union, I highly recommend.

Sarah was wonderful. She took care of all of my needs and was so upbeat and thorough. The whole staff is willing to help and take care of my needs. I'll stick with Mountain America forever!!
