Called to get prices for silver and whoever was answering the phone was short tempered and completely unprofessional. I couldn't get a straight answer and when I said I would call other shops he said very aggressively "Yeah?! Yeah?! Go ahead dawg! Go ahead!!" I'm just glad I didn't waste the gas for the drive down.

Owner was real chill offered me and a buddy free shirts with a great funny saying. Great customer service

Definitely the worst experience I've ever had with a store owner. Stopped by to support a local business and after seeing how high some of the consoles were priced ($350 for an Xbox One S without the box when it sells online for $200), I decided to ask about them. My intention was just to help as I know price can be everything for trying to sell things as a small company. Unfortunately I guess with my autism, things didn't come off to him that way and he was extremely rude and continued to verbally attack me until I couldn't take it anymore and left the store. I had seen a few actually decently priced things I'd been trying to find and was going to buy them but I couldn't take being in the store any longer. I wish things could have gone differently but hey, that's what you get for trying to help people who don't ask for it I guess. If you're looking for a good deal, this ain't it either, since even the dvds are $4+ a piece.

Hands down one of the cleanest and best pawn shops I’ve ever been to. Products are near mint condition and the owner is a great guy. I’ll definitely be back and gladly give this shop business any day

Owner was all set to give me a great deal on a product but i had to back out last second due to the opportunity to get something similar for free from someone. He was nice and polite about it. I think what these negative review users don't get is that if you want great customer service you should also be prepared to be a good customer! Its not a one way road.

Super pro customer service. I called with an inquiry about a stolen item and was spoken to like I was a child and then hung up on. Super condescending douchenozzles... I suppose I should have expected that out of a pawn shop in the first place. In regards to your response: You are 100% incorrect. I called and said "Hi there, I am calling because I had a tripod stolen and you have one similar. Do you mind checking the serial number to see if it is by chance the same?" I did not accuse you of advertising the stolen tripod, not at all. I knew it was highly likely that it wasn't the same one, but your advertising date was close to when the theft occurred. The way you spoke to me was completely out of line. I simply asked if I could be helped and you made it clear that my call was a nuisance and berated me.

The staff is great! They always make you feel like family! They are more then willing to give you more time if you just don’t have the money. They understand times get rough and work it out with you! There store is always so clean and when you walk in NO ONE is just standing around they are always cleaning something! I love this pawn shop!!

The folks at ZZZ Pawn Shop in Spanish Fork are absolutely amazing. I had to sell some things and they were very knowledgeable and fair. I took some time to look their store and their prices were very competitive. I would suggest to anyone needing their services to come in and visit them.

I read the reviews before I went to the store and a lady had accused him of being arrogant and saying something about being an X California gang Member. Talk is cheap so when do I store And found he has very nice products in their top of the line well kept clean I found what I was looking for and as I was only one in the store For about 7 minutes I thought he would release say Hi how are you He never did it say anything to me so I found what I wanted saw the prices were very high So I smiled at him and said I don't wanna pay list price for everything He told me to shop somewhere else I left and then I Call him to let him know How I felt and I could barely get a word in the edgewise I recommend U playlist price at a store that has brand new items versus used items

I want to tell everyone who lives in or around the area that I wouldn’t go to any other pawn shop around. I have dealt with Pat and his employees for the longest time. Very cool, professional, friendly and always gives me the best advise about trying to sell or buy something. I always go to him first if I need anything. Love your store keep it up.

Patrick is such a badass owner. He's so professional and reasonable with his loans. Every time I come in I'm welcomed and given excellent service by all staff. 11/10 recommend! PS disregard the negative comments there's no way they're true with how good the service I've experienced is.

The owner of this shop was rude to me on Facebook marketplace. I asked him why he'd listed a particular item at the price he did when a new version at a retailer was less expensive. He became defensive, said something about how I'd missed model numbers, and blocked me before I had a chance to respond.

Had a good friend of mine refer me to go on here about a month ago to get a Vortex red dot for my AR. I can’t remember the owners name to save my life. Hahahahaha. Nonetheless he was very helpful even though he was busy. I purchased what I went there for. And plan on going back a lot. I’ll prob go there to try to find a concealed carry. Thanks for your help and spending the time to help me out!

Went to the shop today to look around see if they had anything cool.. Seeing that they had some 9 MM ammo for $40 a Box so I was talking to my dad and said I can get that for 20 all day long like then he butted in and was extremely arrogant with me telling me I live under a rock that I have no idea what I'm talking about so I went to PNS pawn and Talked to Perry and got a Box for $20 but the guy told me he was there yesterday and Perry has nothing. Will never go back. Would recommend pns pawn in provo if you want a pleasant nice experience

Almost every item is priced around or above retail price, you're better off going to ebay. The owner seems nice enough but I'm not a fan of pricing to haggle. If you need pawn shop this one is clean and friendly, just expect to pay full price for used stuff.

Great experience, extremely friendly staff who's willing to work with you on anything they're able to. I'd recommend this store 10 times out of 10 to family, friends, even strangers or acquainteces.

I recently found the perfect gift for my husband in this shop! Who else sells a tool chest in pristine condition for such a good price? I had to get it. Patrick was super nice, their shop was well organized, and I was quite happy with the purchase. I would definitely come back to check out their large selection of well priced items!

So after seeing the bad reviews I decided to go in! I asked to see a PlayStation 4 they were more than willing to help and all 3 of them were great! He is not weird or rude and neither were the girls they are just people that have their own personalities (we all do) they were great. I'd recommend just giving them a chance :) The only thing I saw in the bad reviews that was accurate, the prices are on the high side and should be re-thought a bit. Most other pawn shops also allow wiggle room and they did say they were firm on prices.

I have never been to a pawn shop, but ZZZ had a drone with accessories I needed in time for Christmas, so I went (somewhat reluctantly). I was pleasantly surprised; the shop was nice and all the staff were friendly and helpful. I had messaged (thru fb) several times and the responses were always quick and professional. Arriving at the shop and asking specifically about one accessory, the owner personally hooked it up and showed me how to use that function. He offered for me to download the app and use it myself, but I declined, satisfied that it worked like new and my kid could figure it out. Overall a very positive experience, and I wouldn’t hesitate to make the 1+ hour drive if they had something I wanted in the future.

Patrick at ZZZ is a good guy and is fair. I have sold him a few things and bought a few and I’ve been taken care of by him better than other pawn shops. He has a ton of good stuff in right now. I just bought a scope that was priced right. I’m really happy with the deal.

I have purchased a few guitars and one amp from ZZZ Pawn Shop. Owner is fair and reasonable to deal with. He even kept my phone number and told me he'd keep an eye out for the type of guitars I collect. (AND . . . he has actually followed up and called me when one comes in.) Great customer service. I will also say that I have spent several hours in his shop playing guitars. I am so surprised how poorly he gets treated by people when he doesn't pay full price (or the customer's asking price) on pawns that come into his shop. - Last time I was there I told the owner, "I don't know how you put up with some of these unreasonable people and getting yelled at every day." Take some of these negative reviews with a grain of salt. Some are angry people who didn't get to take advantage of a knowledgable Pawn Shop owner. He is fair and reasonable. GREAT EXPERIENCES so far!

Put almost 90 percent down on a layaway and had some hard times fall on us. Wouldn’t refund any of the layaway. Will never do business with again. Scam artist. Hard to pay off an item you already sold. When we fell on hard times and couldn’t pay it you sold it. The layaway was in my husbands name. I’ll go back to Orem and continue to do business with EZ pawn. You can’t make your pawn they refund everything but the 20 percent which is reasonable. Your basically a legal thief. If my first experience with a pawn shop was with you I would never shop at a pawn shop. We didn’t even ask for all of the money for our layaway back. Just what we paid over the 20%. But I should of gone with my gut when I read all the other negative reviews. Should of listened to those people. Would of saved me a lot of money. How do you sleep at night ripping off people the way you do. My husbands in the military and has put his life on line for this country serving in Iraq and Afghanistan and gets treated like this by a slime ball like you.

Very rude 😡 As far as pawn shops go this is the worst. Who threatens a customer when they are asking for clarification on Their financing policies. We brought in 2 new yard tools and the Alleged owner threatens to take my tools and sale them because I wanted to pay on them and dared to ask why they wouldn't let me. Awful business ethics. I would advise everyone to go elsewhere. Not worth it trust me.

The holidays were tough and I needed a little more time to make an installment on my loan. They were more than generous by allowing me to extend my payment date more than a week rather then selling my stuff. Great pawn shop. Fair prices. Fair loans!

Pricing isn't very competitive, pawn shops in Provo are typically much lower for similar products. Also, on top of that, I felt disrespected by the owner of the shop... My Dad and I visited the shop and were looking to buy an amp for an electric guitar. My Dad asked the guy working there if he would be willing to sell the amp for $70 instead of $80. The guy working there suddenly became very rude, told us no, and disrespectfully told us to leave the store immediately. I've been to several pawn shops inside and outside of Utah and it's very normal practice to offer a price or negotiate pricing. But not at ZZZ, they just said "get out of my store". Not an environment I want to shop at.
