I had an issue opening an account but thanks to Manny, I was able to resolve the issue and open an account. Thanks Manny! Now a year later, I stop in to make a deposit and had a question about opening a savings account. I was tended by Ana and she was very courteous, professional, friendly, helpful and much more. The tellers only want you to keep your account with this bank to the point that they won’t close your account when you ask them too. I’ve had a horrible experience with this bank has been such an inconvenience filling extra paperwork for them to close my account because the teller didn’t close it. Don’t recommend this bank.
