I have known Alfonso since 2005 when I started doing loans. Later I moved to Real Estate and Alfonso became my Liam officer. Ever since, he n his team have done a terrific job. I do appreciate all the help Alfonso has provided to my family through out the years.

These guys are always super professional and deliver on their word. I have purchased two homes with their support and expertise and they always under promise and over deliver. Alfonso and his team are All-Stars. No surprises or con games. They make things happen. No worry or stress when you get them on your team. They are worth every penny of your time.

This is an intense process but they made it smooth as can be. They were referred by the Lepe Tendwell team and we executed our goal in a timely manner. This has been the worst experience ever please don’t use this company for your home loan. I contacted this Office in sep/ 2020 to do a refinance and one full year and no loan was pull for me. A lot of promises that they did not fallow through. I try to get a new loan to buy a house and they just did not care about me anymore. I believe they got upset cuz I cancel my refinance with them but it took them one full year. I was exonerated So just because they had all my information and all paperwork I decided to give them an other chance after Isau ran my credit he was supposed to call me with the approval latter And he never called or unsweetened my message my emails. It is sad that nobody on that office cares Can’t even tell a customer what is happening with your loan. You don’t qualify or you do !! Is been 3 moths I been calling, sending emails To 3 of them in the office Alexis, Isau y Brenda and no body bathers to call me and let me know Alfonso does not know about the loan the officer is working on. At one time have lucky and Alfonso answer his phone. But he did not know at had applied for a loan. No idea what is going on I’m so disappointed. I will Not recommend this Office to anyone. Please don’t do Busisness with this office Lock of communication. No respect for the time customer wait for a loan. A year ???? Please. No answer to a simple call, massage, or email. That is what is called Bad Business

From the very start I had a gut feeling this lender was not going to be a good fit for us, but I didn't listen to my instinct since we trusted our realtor's referral 100% . We were extremely inexperienced with the whole lending process until we had tons of questions, and weren't getting them answered, so we had to look elsewhere. Alfonso is more worried about the quantity of loans, versus the quality of each clients experience. Sadly Alfonso never seemed to care about us. We finally went into escrow and didn't hear from Alfonso until we called him 1 week after bc WE STILL DID NOT KNOW what our interested rate was going to be, comes to find out he didn't even know we went into escrow. We just got the cherry on the top, as when we received a letter in the mail that our loan was sold to another company JUST 1 MONTH after buying our first home. There is so much more that happened but it's too much to write. Overall, WE DO NOT recommend this lender to anyone. Buying our first home was much more stressful than we would've ever imagined thanks to point mortgage.

My wife and I were not aware of current loan programs that are available in California to assist first time buyers that have not had a home in the past 3 years. Alfonso and his team were very knowledgeable, kind and helpful throughout the entire process. If not for his expertise, we would not be completing this review in our own own house right now. The home loan process and resulting escrow process were surprisingly easy compared to past experience and I have, and continue to recommend Alfonso to everyone that I can. I can't say anything negative about Point Mortgage or the escrow process without making it up. Escrow is always a stressful experience, however our loan was handled surprisingly quickly and mostly pain free. As long as we were able to provide the information that was needed quickly, they responded quickly and professionally. I am not sure that you can find a better loan company and I know exactly where I will go if I ever need mortgage assistance in the future. Thanks for making us feel like family and a thousand times thanks for going above and beyond to help us!
