    Closed the Chula Vista branch where I opened up mine and my daughters savings account without so much as a notification or email I walk up to make a transaction and the branch is boarded up. I will definitely be closing my accounts with your bank.

    Hello – We hear your frustration and appreciate the feedback. We closed our Chula Vista location over two months ago and sent email notifications to valued members like yourself who relied on the branch. We also posted the closure on our website, and knowing that emails can be easily missed, put up physical signs as well. We are in the process of identifying a new branch location in the area and will notify members once we are able to share the new address. In the meantime, if our neighboring branches – in La Mesa and Mission Valley – aren’t convenient for you, we’re happy to assist you over the phone.     I'm not happy with this bank know it's to farrway for me they closed a bank in cv they never send a txt or note to me or other customers that the place was closing I can't go all the way to mission valley or LA Masa to far not a good bank. Hate it.

    This place acts like they are doing you a real favor letting you visit your money. One teller station open and s/he usually works at a snail pace. And cars jockeying for position at the two drive up fast food joints sharing the parking lot usually screw up traffic flow so I usually park on the street if I can find a space. The security guard/doorperson usually looks like an unmade bed with a rumpled, ill fitting sack of a uniform.

    Casey was very rude and unprofessional. She took out all her anger on my husband while on a phone call today. She refused to let my husband talk to the manager/supervisor as well & refused to collect payment out of anger. Will be calling corporate about this behavior.

    Parkway Drive Location Banking gone horribly wrong. Only two teller stations and no place to really form lines. It's nice however to see they have used our banking fees to fill the place with couches and cozy places to sit and wait (And then wait some more).

    Don't go near this place between 11 am and 1 pm due to all the people lining up for the drive thru at the food joint on the west side of the parking lot, The food place employee trying to direct traffic is more of a hazard and disruption than a helper.... he is only interested in making sure bank customers do not delay access to the drive thru lines..

    Poor quality customer service, I spent 3 hour following instructions for a Quick loan (student) I seen how they gived preferences to other People.

    I have had nothing but rude and slow people here at the la mesa bank. And they do act like they are better than you. I can hardly wait to be free of them.

    I love Rhonda! She is incredible at her job. She’s the only person I care to deal with at USE. (I have a car loan through them.) The guy named David is rude and snarky and I refuse to deal with him. Rhonda is very professional and has never been rude. She gets the job done while working with the customer, not insulting them.

    Love the Bank , It alot different but still needs Improvment ... In my exsperiance for online Banking it needs video tutorial on how to navigate threw the App like finding router number without Haveing to Call. I had to Call in order find out that the routing number was on webpage 🤔 not on mobile app But Grate Bank 😊
