Prospect Home Finance was easy to work with and helpful in answering all questions. They were easy to contact and returned calls quickly. The underwriting process seemed pretty easy and online portal was a breeze. Would use a gain.

What a stress free, fast, & wonderful experience. I highly recommend Prospect Home Finance, especially ISAAC RODRIGUEZ he is the epitome of efficiency and knowledge. My refinance took less than 4 weeks to complete. He kept me up to date on every step of the way. He was always available to take my calls even when he stepped away from his desk. My calls would be returned in less than 5 minutes, and that even included calls I made without leaving a message. He saw a missed call from me and called me back immediately. I loved the feeling as if I was his only client, never rushed and I always as his top priority. He even programmed me into his phone and as if I where a friend giving him a call he always answered hi Kim what a personal touch . Prior to Prospect I had started working with another company they had many promises but as time progressed they stated it would take least 3 months to close, and that was after I had submitted all paper work and started the process. When I was told 3 months I immediately stopped working with that company. I was so leery to start the process over. I then found Prospect and WOW what a difference. I was always waiting for the curve ball to be thrown out, since my prior experience was such as bate and switch. A guy named Jason Vondrak, apparently the CEO, has called me numerous times, about once a week for the past 6 months. This company spam calls people, probably in the hopes of scamming them. They even figured out how to skip straight to my voicemail when I marked their calls as spam.

I do home purchase loans or refinance loans a few times a year. I shop around to find the BEST lender - You will find they are very different and your experience will be either very different as well. It was a challenge in the beginning because of some requirements from the lender for me to prove that my business is active. I was frustrated a bit and was ready to pull the plug, but Sam was so patient with me. He was able to make all things right and stayed with me throughout the process. I called Nick and he assured me Prospect could match Loan Depot, and close much much faster. He was so RIGHT! Our loan closed in record time, as compared with our prior closings. In fact, Loan Depot didn't even reach out to us until the day before we signed our closing docs with Prospect. Talk about a LOT faster! Great job Nick. This is our last home, and our last refinance. Seth Diediker at Prospect Home Finance was a referral from a family member and we couldn't be more happy with our decision to cancel our pending refi with Wells Fargo and go with Prospect. I liked the fact I had to deal with only one person Isaac Rodriquez who was professional, knowledgeable and informative. He kept me appraised every step of the way and he really cared about me and what I wanted to accomplish. He sent me several different loan scenarios with full breakdowns on each and which helped me in choose the right one for me. I recently had the pleasure of working with Issac on refinancing a condo just right up the road from their office in Pacific Beach, CA. I contacted the Mortgage Company that held the mortgage on our condo to give them a first shot at a refinance. When they indicated it would take 90 days to close and the rates were slightly higher we decided to go with Prospect. We were not sorry we did. We quickly provided the much documentation necessary in order to proceed with the loan. Issac turned that around and we closed our condo refinance in 14 days and dropped over 2% APR for a new 15 year loan. This was also inclusive of the Notary coming to our residence in Tucson, AZ to sign final papers. Issac was always responsive to the many E-Mails and phone calls placed to him questioning why certain things were done. He is relatively new in this business, but performed magnificently with our refinance.

Prospect Finance dba Prospect Home Finance called my cell number that is on the FCC registry for “Do Not Call” when I am not a customer, nor gave written permission for them to contact me. The first contact was in 2019 and I specifically told the agent to not contact me and put me on their internal “do not call list”. The second phone call was in 2021 by a prerecorded message using a spoofed number to hide where the true call was originating from. Jason Vondrak, president and CEO of Prospect, wrote a letter in which he confirms contacting me a second time , “since it has been a while since we last contacted “. I would use caution dealing with a company who calls people on the Do Not Call List trying to solicit business and spoofs the phone number to a local area code so as to try to get you to pick up the call. I have personally taken this company to court and have been awarded a judgement against them for TCPA violations for the phone calls made.

We recently refinanced our home (July 2020) with Prospect Financial. They have a working relationship with United Wholesale Mortgage and were able to offer us some of the best rates available. Our loan officer at Prospect Financial, Mike Millage, was licensed in multiple states, including Colorado where our home is located. Mike was great . . . very personable, showed genuine care and interest in serving his clients, and communicated promptly whether by phone, text, or email. The whole process was completed within a month. I would highly recommend both Prospect Financial and Mike Millage for their commitment and service.

I decided to refinance my home from a 30 year fixed rate to a 10 year fixed rate and shopped quite a few potential firms. Prospect Home Finance was extremely responsive and assigned Marina Oliver as our loan officer. Having spent over 10 years in residential real estate, I had experienced many levels of service in the lending world. I have to say that Marina Oliver was one of the best loan officers I have encountered. She was extremely responsive and usually get back to me same day (many times within minutes) with the required information. In addition once she understood what we were trying to achieve, she made excellent recommendations on potential loan vehicles and provided analysis to support her suggestions. The entire process wrapped up quickly and the loan was funded on time within a couple of weeks of starting to talk with her. Furthermore, there were no last minute surprises or changes and the fees charged were below the competition. I can't recommend her and Prospect enough.

Worked with Alyssa through the refinance process, which took just over a month to do. Am fully satisfied with her service; very responsive and professional. Definitely a credit to the organization. Only issue I had was the payoff amount didn't reflect reality - when i brought it up was told that the figure given was given by the previous lender, which is not a surprise. So, overpaid what I owed by about $1,500 and am waiting to get refunded from the original lender. Still, the process with Prospect was very painless and I would use them again in a heartbeat.
