USAA Financial Center Prince George St, Annapolis

USAA Renters Insurance screwed me. I lost everything I owned from flooding and mold. USAA stringed me along for 3 years, then covered less than $3500 on a $75000 policy, with $175,000 in losses. Then only after it was too late did they even ask for the proper paperwork the claim needed for me to receive a proper payout. I got that to them immediately and they responded it was beyond the time limit and refuses to pay me. In my state the laws are against me winning anything because of the method of USAA screwing me, and I'd lose even more on lawyers I can't afford after these losses. Go with ANYONE other than the crooks at USAA!!!

There are ONLY four in-person locations in the entire country and the one in Annapolis is closed in Jan 2022 for Covid??!!! Everyone else is back at work living and running businesses but USAA is afraid of catching a cold? Vaccinate and get back to work USAA, shameful!

I need a cashier's check by tomorrow and this is the only remaining branch within a semi-reasonable distance from DC (a whole other issue in itself). Finallllly found a number for this branch, but it just plays a recording saying it is closed due to COVID. It is December 2021, and they've been closed for TWENTY ONE MONTHS?? How has every other business in the country figured this out by now but they haven't? Ridiculous.

The USAA website said it was open. However, it appears to have been closed since March 2020 due to COVID-19. It’s now June 2022!

so frustrating. I called and called USAA to ask for the forms. I still haven't received the forms I REQUESTED in the mail. What take you so hard to mail the forms once I asked for on that day? It is one month since I talked with someone on phone. There is ONLY one location in the entire state of Maryland. It is still CLOSED since March 20th due to the COVID pandemic ongoing. Many other places are open but not this one and only USAA Office in Annapolis, MD. WHEN are you ever opening the office in ANNAPOLIS? WE can WEAR MASKs. HOw can I GET THE FORMS? I DO NOT WANT TO BE ON THE PHONE FOR AN HOUR TO ASK QUESTIONS AND QUESTIONS THEN MAIL THE FORMS.

So I knew while everything was closed because of COVID that this location was closed, so today before leaving my home which is 21+ miles away I best check to see if they had reopened. I had even seen a review from earlier this year saying it was closed for COVID but the website was show with green color that it was open and had been verified recently. Well that was not the case it is closed sign on the door honestly looks like the same sign from 2 years ago. USAA makes too much money to not be able to manage its website. Call before going to this location.

That Chinese made ATM is useless and it is a disservice to Veterans. Never works. Always an error of sorts. I have to open another bank in town because of it. F-

"🛑⚠️ATM IS NOT WORKING⚠️🛑" I've driven there twice last week and ATM is still not working. How do you deposit cash into your account? I lost my ATM card, while traveling, there was no branches near me to get a temp card to get home.I returned to this branch due to phone rep said this branch was opened, They were not opened. I had to pay an extra $11.00 to have my new ATM card delivered to me. Navy Federal banks are open. Does anyone know where another branch is in Baltimore, MD.

The management of USAA has gotten really bad. They used the have the best customer service and app. They have been cutting back for years and keep getting worse. I had all my banking with them but am now pulling everything I can. It is really sad how far they have fallen.

Branch it's self is closed due to covid and the ATM is disabled due to a card being stuck in it. Drove 30 minutes for this experience
