THANK YOU to Aaron and his team for a very thorough and streamlined process with getting our mortgage approved and completed. His team was absolutely professional in every aspect (communication, updates, etc) of getting a mortgage done especially while I was not local. They are great with VA loans. Did I mention we were able to get us to settlement in roughly a month from start to finish?! From our previous experience, it takes a lot longer from start to finish (lots of back and fourth).
