I do not take this lightly and this is not spam. This is an honest review. David was zero help during my home buying process. His team of underwriters are fantastic and do all of the leg work but but he is neglectful, not punctual with critical information, and will leave you hanging when you try to get in contact with him. His underwriters should start their own business without him. Do not recommend his services.

David was extremely helpful and clarified all of the process to me and was willing to walk me through some steps if need-be over the phone. Whenever I had questions, he responded in a timely manner, usually in minutes. Would certainly recommend him!
