I was very disappointed in the fact that I paid off the entire credit card balance due on time, at one time, on my credit card, and I was put on a seven day hold. I was told it was because I used another banking institution for payment, and I had never made a payment that large before. The Irony is that as of today the money has cleared my account and I am still on a hold? I could have made two smaller payments on on two different days before the due date, and my card would have had no hold. I called to have the hold removed and USAA said no. Really? I guess a customer for 35 years has no pull, and I haven ever been late on my card. Great commercials, but the real story about customer care might surprise you.

I have been with USAA for over 20years since I was a 2nd LT and now they have grown so big they do not take care of the people who made them. I am changing to a federal credit union because they forgot where they came from.

Member for life: Not looking like it Do right by the member: definite no Car got rear-ended. Back up camera worked prior to collision, but doesn't work after the collision. Told that it was a bad nav system. So if it is bad, which I doubt since everything else works, what changed? Oh yea, the vehicle was rear-ended and the tailgate was replaced; neither was the customer’s fault so why am I being told that this is not being corrected?

Not a traditional bank location. Has two ATMs outside and at least two ATMs inside. There is staff to help with other financial services, but I went to deposit cash (from closing my BOA account). Friendly staff, clean facility, and fairly painless to get in and out of.

After 22 years giving USAA my business and currently still a soldier. When asking for help on a service they used to offer but no longer offer. USAA is trying to take my house. They won’t restructure my loan to extend the payments on a home equity line of credit. Because I have equity in my house, they are trying to force me to sell my house. They ask me if I’m will to do a buy out and agreed I will fill out the Application. This was a total waste of time once they found out I had equity in my house. All those commercials supporting military families is a bunch of baloney. If you are a military family in need and don’t think for a second USAA won’t make you homeless. Totally disappointed and the one time I asked for help they turn me away. This is just sad and I was taken as a fool to think USAA was on my side.

I wish I could give NO stars. I've watched my friend go round and round with USAA over fixing her car that was flooded after Hurricane Matthew. First, no adjuster came to look at her car. He simply wrote up what he thought MIGHT be needed to repair it, sight UNSEEN. Then, after being approved for a rental because her car smelled like mold, as things do after being flooded, DUUHH!!!, she was approved for a rental car, only to be asked by a rep a few days later, "why are you driving a rental when your car is drivable?" Are you SERIOUS right now?? Then, the auto body shop who actually has possession of the car, as in, you know, they SEE it, said the information the adjuster wrote up was incorrect; the car does not have "jute", but in fact has padding connected to the carpeting, and the carpeting, including the damaged, moldy padding needs to be replaced!! When she communicated this to USAA, she was told the adjuster needs to approve it, and 3 days later, NO adjuster!!! When SHE finally called him herself, he told her he knew nothing about needing to look at the car again -- as if he ever LOOKED at it in the first place. Meanwhile, the time is running out on her rental, and as of today, she has no more coverage for the rental. USAA told her they CANNOT approve anymore time, and in the past hour since she has been on the phone with them, she has been shuffled around from person to person, hung up on, and one time she was even transferred by USAA to the body shop who is waiting on the approval to fix her car!!! UNBELIEVABLE TO THE TENTH POWER!!!!! Thank God I have Progressive. If there was EVER any reason for me to switch insurance companies, I would pay a fine for NO insurance rather than have USAA!!!

***** First Class customer service every time I visit this location. Knowledgeable and friendly staff. Would be a tragic detriment to the Active Duty, Veterans, Gov't & Civil Service community to lose this critical asset. Thank you for servicing our local community *****

This place is great! If they can't do it there you can video call someone who can do it. From banking to qualifying for a mortgage you can do it all. People are friendly and helpful. If you were hesitant to bank there you are missing out.

Please delete the photos of the USAA branch office. This is only an ATM (located at the brown office building). The actual USAA office was down the street and has closed.
