USAA ATM Potomac Ave, Quantico

Would not accept my cash deposit of $1000. Tried twice. It took the money counted it and the asked where I wanted to deposit the funds (checking or savings). Then after all that says sorry can’t accept and spits my money back out.

Machine won’t accept cash deposits. Called USAA and got transferred, put on hold, and no help. What’s happened USAA? Your service sucks.

You are able to deposit large checks and cash into the atm. I love it.

I have been a customer of USAA for over five years as well as my whole family. I am a waitress and I see credit cards from different banks everyday. When I used to come across USAA credit and debit cards I would always share to my customer base that it is the best bank I have ever been with but now I no longer feel the same. On June 6th I deposited 1,150 dollars in money orders. I ofcourse used the Mobile Depost App and everything went fine as I put some in checking and some in savings. Five days later, I notice my account was negative $500 I called right away and a representive told me that one of the money orders did not go through. I was shocked, it has been five days since I depostited and I thought that the money went through since the app didn't tell me that the picture may not have been perfect enough. I asked the representive what am i going to do? I need my money I am 6 months pregnant and need to save as much as I can. He stated there was nothing USAA can do and that they were not going to send me a refund check of $500. He told me to go back to where I purchased the money order and see what THEY can do. As a result, nothing. The grocery store could not do anything and even they stated they have never heard of a bank not refundin a money back that was rightfully mine. I was devastated I never felt so betrayed. I went online to see the photo of what i took and it was perfect. I could read all the numbers and information in the picture. Thanks to USAA I have lost $500 and I will now be swithching to Navy Federal. I will never go back and neither will my family. I have to now change my insurance, stocks, checking and savings. By far the worst expereience I have ever had with a bank and I will be sure to share my story with customers, friends, and family.

ATM was finally working after so long being shut down. I was surprised that it gave me the option of what bills (5, 10, 20, etc.) it would dispense to me.
