My first time shopping at a pawn shop, and I'm so glad I chose USA Pawn Shop on Ellis Ave. in Jackson, Ms. Vic and Sherman were so helpful in assisting me in choosing a 14K diamond ring for my sister for Christmas. They both made me feel right at home and quite comfortable there. I certainly do commend the owner for employing two gentlemen that are so thoughtful and helpful. Sherman even walked me out to my car, which is greatly appreciated by me. I recommend this pawn shop highly, and I will shop there again. Thanks to Vic and Sherman for their attention!!

Darrell was cool until I had a problem with the system one day after I bought it and they tried to offer me store credit for a 300 dollar system then wanted me to pawn it for half the money I bought it for after questioning them about a refund policy and why it wasn’t no where to be seen Darren lied and said he offer me the receipt with it on there and that wasn’t true I will say this be careful what you get and make the check it because I wasn’t told about a refund policy watch out.
