I’ve been dealing with this lawn shop for years now. I love the atmosphere. Rita Nicole and Deven are like family and they really make you feel welcomed and needed. They are very knowledgeable and they don’t try to get over on you like other places. Keep up the great work guys!

I had a great experience here. The young man gave awesome customer service and convience to go with his upsale. He held the door open for me me. He told me about going online and ensuring I shared my expierence with others. I thought someone had stole my cell phone and rushed out forgetting to take the items. They called me immediately and after calling back a day later the manager she still remember me and I was able to go back and pick my items up on Monday. I highly recommend this location. The energy here was very level and welcoming they even have onsite security.

Great friendly warm environment. Ms. Rita and the staff are a such a delight.. they have become more like family. I highly recommend them to anyone looking to get a great and fair deal. Truly one of South Jackson best kept secret!!!! Be sure to ask for Nicole and Devin their welcoming smile and warm demeanor is alway a plus.

Just wanted to say that Capital Pawn is a great place to do business. Capital Pawn in Jackson, ms on hwy 80 always help me get the amount I need when I pawn my jewelry. They have nice jewelry to, I saw a necklace I might get my son for Christmas, Everyone is very nice and everyone that works behind the desk are very good at their job.

The two lady's that assisted me with my gaming console and two computer monitors i was selling to them gave me a great customer experience. Will definitely return.

The staff at Capital Pawn is super friendly and helpful. Mychael was very accommodating and gave overall great service. I’m not familiar with pawning or selling used things but he made it a breeze! Definitely check them out anytime you need to sell or pawn anything.

I called and spoke with Rita at the Hwy 80 location and I asked questions about services. Not only was she knowledgeable over the phone, but when I walked in she was very helpful and gave me exceptional service! The helpful staff Devin and Mike assist with getting equipment out my vehicle and were as courteous as ever. I have shopped here twice this year once for a violin and for a laptop. The violin, they helped work out a deal for me. The laptop , I did a layaway it was nicely taken care of and wrapped up in plastic wrap. Thank you when I make it I can it all start here. All the time I have been looking for a laptop and I have found the exact color I wanted for the exact brand that is my favorite and also my fave browser! And only needed a charger that I was prepared to order but the associate offered to discount the already LOW price since it was missing, and even after still ended up finding one that fit! I am a happy customer.

Came here today bought a PS4.. Nicole was friendly and helpful even on the phone when i called :) The staff was nice but one problem the Ps4 not working properly. The problem is it won’t take DISC, but she told me that nothing was wrong with it. Good thing that he remembered his play station login to redownload all of his games he purchased online so that’s a plus, not really tripping over that. He’s not big on buying disc because they will go out eventually. Other than that it was a great experience.

Been coming here for years, and I have always had great service. It is nice to see familiar faces among the friendly staff. Raven worked with me to get me the best prices on my jewelry when I needed it. Shout out to her for that extra cash! She is so sweet and understanding of financial troubles. Deven has been working here as long as I've been coming here, and has helped me many times over the years. That man deserves a raise! Cynthia is a new face for me, but she keeps with The rest of the friendly staff and her smiling face warms The room.The environment always makes me feel welcome. You know how most pawn shops make you feel like you're being watched and it's so quiet and awkward?? This place is the OPPOSITE. They make you feel SO welcome. Great store and great staff. I have bought my last three televisions from there . I also have purchased two video game systems from there . Any pawn shop that offers a warranty is the go to place and they offer a pretty good warranty. Devin and the staff always help me via telephone or in person. I will continue to shop there and send my buddies that way also.
