We got a bad PlayStation pro from pearl location and they was out of it so we couldn’t exchange there so he came here n they gave us a awesome deal for the inconvenience. He went above my expectations on this. Walmart wouldn’t never do what he did on a exchange so we bought another remote and a crystal they sale everything. Come ask for him and take a look at the mega store

I went in for the first time today, first let me say they have a huge inventory! But the customer service is what I would go back for, hands down, the friendliest brokers you'll ever deal with, unfortunately I was getting a loan on my favorite item, but Sandra STILL sent me out the door with a smile on my face, seriously, you just don't find people like her anymore. Csr Sandra helped me with a PS4 controller and for some reason i thought it wasn't working so i came back a few days later(without receipt, lost it) and they were able to help me fix my issues within minutes thanks to some other store members like Mr. Charles and others. I love usa pawn..the customer service is always excellent at this location compared to some of the other ones I visit. A young lady by the name Sarah made sure I was satisfied with the amount I received..I had a ring that I usually pawn, I needed a certain amount today and courti and Shane made sure of this..if you don't know where to go, this is the location you should visit. I go here for everything and I literally mean everything. Mr. Tim made sure my kids had good bikes..still have them..great customer service..

John made it quick and easy to get what I was looking for. Update found out the they way overcharged me. Took back the generator after 2 hours of use and the first guy said they would only give 50%. Lady saw what I paid and said nope 25%. Never stopping again at this one or the one in Canton I have went to after this.
