I've been to this location a plethora of times; I've been treated kindly for the most part, had a couple of lesser than experiences, but it was the willingness to work with me on the purchase of my camera that led me to going freelance. The other day I was in there and the manager was discussing potential arrangements of items. I offered a suggestion (aviation supply Marine for 14 years) and was met with a warm reception and included in the conversation. Thank you for hearing me out and I look forward to going back.

I really like the employees at USA Pawn, they are extremely helpful and patient. They always welcome me as soon as I walk in the door, making me feel welcome and comfortable...not in any way feeling pressured like other pawn shops I've been too. Just wanted to say thank you to Andre, he was very helpful and made my experience enjoyable. He was very friendly, answered all my questions and was very much a people person who you could tell really enjoyed his job and was wonderful all around. I highly recommend them! 👌

I don’t get anything from writing good reviews for a business, I’m writing this review because every time I go to this shop the people that work there give me outstanding customer service, and when I leave I know I have received better value than from any other shop in town, if you don’t know where to go, listen to someone that does, you will be treated fairly, or I wouldn’t write this.

The staff and management at the store were very helpful and professional. they were well-informed on the questions I had to ask and showed a great deal of courtesy and professionalism. Highly recommend. Thank you for the great Andre!!!

Unnecessary extra charges on purchases. They're the only pawn shop I know of to charge a $10 layaway fee, this has caused me to skip purchasing items I would have otherwise bought from them on several occasions. Frequently staff is doing other tasks other than helping customers even at the busiest times, leading to overly-long times waiting to be helped. I'm not sure what so many employees are needed to do in the back of the store. Only one person in the store is knowledgeable about firearms and qualified to sell them. If that person isn't working at that time, it can become a big hassle.

Andre was the best, very fast & great customer service. I always come here and everyone is always very helpful. I definitely recommend.

The manager Andre was very helpful, sympathetic to my circumstances. He helped me out when another one of their shops would not. I would highly recommend going to this pawn shop for the great customer service that I received.

Awful place that can't handle more than 5 customers at a time. They looked the door and denied new customers trying to walk in. In summary don't stop here. Go to super pawn, two minutes north of USA's location.

I went to USA Pawn on 4/23/2021. The customer service was exceptional! Melissa, was who attended to me. She was extremely pleasant and very knowledgeable about the questions I had. Although Manny and Sam were busy with other customers and straightening up the store, they still took the time to say hello and ask how I was doing. I have been a customer for years and I will go nowhere else. The prices are amazing and Andre and his team consistently deliver 5 star service. Thank you USA Pawn!

I am a long time customer Aundrea is by far superior to any pawn employee I have dealt with in the past . Credit where credit is due and Andrea is a credit to PUSA locations I don’t usually take the time to fill out a survey but when I was asked if I would be willing I had a sense of soothing customer service fresh across the counter from Andrea who is polite, knowledgeable and fair . Too bad you can not clone Andrea And yes this is a serious account of how I’ve been treated and wouldn’t go anywhere else! Robert R

Melissa at the 2904 N. First Ave. location in Tucson was an amazing help! So courteous and was even able to help me get the amount that I needed! I will definitely return, especially if the rest of the staff is as great as Melissa!

I was trying to pawn a 100 dollar projector and they wanted 15 bucks for me to PAWN it never coming back here I SOLD the same project that they wanted to give me 15 for 80 don't try to pawn things here
