Scammers folks. My daughter was a 1st time home buyer and went to them at first. Showed me there estimated closing statement and they were going to charge her 5.3 points which equates to $5300.00 and then inflated closing costs. Called my bank and they will do it for 0 points and the closing costs are almost 1/2 of what USA mortgage was going to charge. I will leave it at that. Do your research folks never just assume that these lenders are looking out for you best interest.
