I was initially skeptical and nervous for sending my item thru the mail but I was assured by Kyle and his team that everything is safe and secured. Representative was very nice and sympathetic to my concerns. The service was quick. I was disappointed when told that I would not be paid the amount that I anticipated. The reason given was because the clarity was not waging stated. I stated what came with my original purchase. Other than that, I was satisfied with the way I was treated.

Dealt with Jordan since day one and his communication has been on point each and every single time. As with everyone else, you feel skeptical about sending in such an expensive item via mail but he assured me and held my hand throughout the entire process. Jordan was great to work with. Super friendly. He texted throughout multiple days with me to get things set up. Answered any and all questions. Items were recieved to their facility at 10am after the overnight shipping and I had funds wired and in my account 3 hours later. In addition, after my items were recieved and examined, they were able to increase the initial proposed loan amount by over DOUBLE based off current market values, and lowered my interest rate by 1% less per month. They are very transparent. Of course they are a business and need to make their money as well. Would gladly do business again.
