Kegan was so prompt and dedicated to helping us And taking time to explain things to us during this process. They worked with us in every way possible to not only get the loan closed but to make it smooth and seamless. I do not recommend Christopher Travis. He stopped replying to me when I asked him certain questions about the pre-approval process. I even followed up with him and he still did not reply back! Luckily I was approved with another mortgage company anyway.

Crystal and her team helped us close quickly on a loan when our previous lender could not. She was in constant contact during the process and was available for any questions or concerns we had. Without her help we would have probably had to start looking for another home again. Buying a home at this time is very stressful so you need a lender that can help you when issues come up (as they always seem to). The best!

Flat Branch is great company who has your best interest in mind. Special credit to Amy Mendoza and Ross Woods whom are great at communicating! Always responded immediately to any emails/questions/concerns. There was no delay in closing (start to finish took 30 minutes, mainly paper signing, funds were available in record time.) And whole process from first step to close was less than one month. Amy and Ross are excellent employees and exceeded my expectations! Great job Flat Branch!
