I was introduced to two other loan agents who didn't impress me before I was introduced to Zoila. Zoila knows her stuff, let me tell you! I'm a first time home buyer and she was there every step of the way, and more! She was able to assist and explain everything to me as needed. And trust me, I had A LOT of questions! I'm very impressed by her knowledge and willingness to assist others. I'd recommend her all day looonngggg...!

The Loan agent I was put in contact with was referred to me by a coworker! She had nothing but great things to say about how he helped her to get approved when no one else was willing to play with her numbers or lower credit score when attempting to buy a home. I was given the exact treatment that I expected. My loan officer was in contact with me at all hours of the day either via email, text, or phone. He worked hard to adjust my numbers when previous companies I had contacted denied me without second thought. He was passionate about getting me into my new home and was very transparent and informative throughout the entire process. I will GLADLY refer friends, and even family to my same loan officer in the future when it is their time to buy their dream home.

We purchased our house using the services of USA loans. USA loan officer made the process painless and simple for us. Zoila Sanchez (Senior Loan Officer) and Borden Lopez (Loan Partner) were a delight to work with. They were very very responsive, honest, and blunt. I really appreciate their transparency and communication; they replied instantly to all our inquiries. They provided us with detailed information as to where we were in the process and kept us in loop from conception of the application to the loan disbursement. They worked very closely with our realtor (Jhenny Anderson, a wonderful realtor) and accommodated her in our home buying process. Andrea is the best in the biz. She saved my loan and has saved some of my clients loans as well. I was using a lender that gave me numbers that were too good to be true and sure enough they were. This lender is doo doo. They do not meet proper timelines and they have absolutely poor communication. 1 week before closing, they have to extend because, "We are just waiting on one more document to come through"...Fast forward to 30 days later... day of closing... No information, no contact, nothing... I found out at 9pm that night that they STILL didnt have all their documents together... they had 60 days to make all this happen. Someone higher up needs to look into who is doing their job and who isnt. The agent was extremely rude to my realtor. Had a very dismissive attitude, seemed irritated at every question and he even laughed at our frustrations... Flat out, this company doesnt care about doing things properly... How they have 5 stars is beyond me. I recommend putting your loan options in the hands of a more professional lender

Getting a home is not easy, specially during this crazy market. I have to say that USA Loans did an amazing job for our family. The 21 day closing deadline was met by Patricia Flynn (Senior Loan Officer ) and her incredible team did a wonderful/exceptional job with our loan needs. Thank you so much for going above and beyond for us. What a great Christmas present to our family and end of the year achievement, that would not have been possible without you guys.
